Barnet looked good but we gave them far too much time and space in the first half. Sat back too deep allowing them to pass the ball about at the back from which they gained confidence. If we had gone with two up front maybe Barnet would not have been so comfortable. David Ajiboye looks a little out of his depth at present and will need time to adjust bearing in mind that Worthing's level of football is two levels below ours.As soon as Tom came on it made a big difference.

People moan but don’t do it them selfs, please remember that they are volunteers and do the commentary on a small budget and also for the love of the club...

Few takeaways from last night: A side with a better strike force would have taken all 3 points with the chances Barnet had at the start of the 2nd half We've scored 4 goals from open play, Barnet have scored 2 so far this season, both penalties First half felt like last season, second half we played more football We've still got a bit of a hangover from last season and gave the ball away too cheaply at times In the 2nd half in particular, we looked more dangerous on the break than possibly the whole of last season Harry is currently the top scorer in the league Our corners and delivery of crosses was quite impressive at times We're still undefeated We sit 4th, with only one side with more points than us (and a 100% record) Mixed bag, but early days. Now to a side who have yet to score this season. Or concede. At the risk of being consigned to pedant's corner, Beautyman is currently the joint top scorer in the league, alongside Dover's Alfie Pavey. Alfie got two goals on Saturday and another one on Tuesday, so he's clearly some kind of Harry wannabe.

The referee had two big calls to make. Was it a penalty? Yes When the penalty was taken, was there a Barnet player closer than 10 Yards? Yes Correct decision? Retake the penalty. (of course there may me some obscure new rule that states that it doesn't matter anymore) :-)
Also had Jamie Butler saved it, the correct decision would again be a retake, for the reverse reason.

Programme improved with more current player interaction and a better production. One question though. Is it the law that an interview with Taz appears in every prog this season or just an early season blip ?!!! New Vanarama guidelines
