Now firmly planted in the bottom four , two points adrift . At the risk of sounding pessimistic about our future , I would say realistic , will the gate rices be much reduced in the Conference South next season ? Being "firmly planted" and being 2 points a drift is a contradiction. And you're talking about entrance prices for next season? Are you for real? It's where we sit after 46 games of the season rather than after 17 that matters. Otherwise we may as well end the league now. That what you want? Which game do you see our next points coming from?

We must do somthing to change this, becouse last time we were in the confrence we went down with a wimper.. Come on now. Fine line between winning and losing. One moment a defender heads against his own crossbar and a few minutes later we give away a needless penalty. That's football ! We had two key players out injured so stop panicking !

Every league game has 3 points available for the winning side. I can't say where our next points are coming from. Any anyone who thinks they know is kidding themselves.

Dear Andy K. My post regarding next year’s gate prices was meant as dark humour . Some of us mere mortals need it at the moment. I agree with you , for once , that it is too early to expect to go down but the omens are not good given that according to you there is very little money to strengthen the squad .
Just so as I get some of YOUR unpublished rules of this forum firmly planted into my skull am I correct so far in the following :
1 ) At no times blame the manager for anything,
2 ). At no times blame the board for anything ,
3 ) Never post any attempt of humour , dark or ortherwise , on this forum ,
4 ) Always agree with you about everything because your knowledge and wisdom know no equal,
5 ) Although the ship is listing and the band has started playing we are definitely not going to sink .
I am sure that there are other rules and I am equally sure that you will spend much of the evening telling me and everybody else what they are . I look forward to that .

Andy K won’t reply to this so I will. You have just taken sarcasm to its lowest level and it does you no credit.

Time for Matt Gray to go now. Leaving Dundas on the bench bad enough but dropping Jamie Collins from teh squad is a stupid decision. Wouldn't be surprised if he went to Havant now.

The time to worry is if we are in the same position come Christmas, the way the lads played today was I thought quite the best lately and there were some cracking goals scored today. And don’t blame the manager for the defeat, sh-t happens🤷🏼♂️ And it definitely ain’t his fault today. I thought you were ok today, two great strikes, one of which went in off the keeper. As you say these things happen, and it's been happening a lot to us lately, so it was a nice change for us. I thought when you kept the ball down you looked dangerous. I'm afraid some expect miracles, it's about confidence imo.

Ebbsfleet and us are both in the mire with similar squads to last term, what is different is the body language of both clubs from board level downwards.
