I'll be on talkSPORT radio tomorrow at around 12:15pm to talk about my Cycle for FDP project (and to give the FDP itself a bit of a plug) Please listen in if you can! I think you can do that through their website at www.talksport.co.uk/Also, many of you will have seen the article in the Sutton Advertiser. To follow on from that, the chap who wrote it, who's actually a journalism student, has asked if he can follow my progress for his final year project. This might mean more articles and maybe some other publicity, so I'll keep you all posted on that. Don't forget to make a pledge if you can So far we've got £908 in pledges, which is awesome, but it would be great to break the £1000!

Damn. I am in a meeting at that time tomorrow so will miss the chance to hear about Sutton on talksport. I believe it is Mike Porky Parry on air at that time so beware. He seems like a laugh but is definitely a bit of a character.
I hope they have a listen again type feature on their website.

Yes, the producer I spoke to said that Mike Parry was local to us. A friend of mine (Wimbledon fan ) says she'll record it as an MP3 so hopefully I'll be able to pass it on. All right, I'll get back on Twitter ;D

The interview started about 12.35, and lasted nearly ten minutes. I thought Sal came across very clearly, and got in an excellent plug for the FDP. Mike Parry was clearly impressed!
It's a shame listeners had to endure a load of rubbish about Hooters Bars before Sal finally came on air.

Yes, I can't believe I was postponed for that! They rang me at about 12:10 saying the previous item was taking longer than expected.

I can't see anything! Seriously though, an excellent interview, with Sarah being as articulate as I expected her to be, albeit a little nervous. What did surprise me was Mike Parry - He often comes across as being flippant, condescending and overbearing, but on this occasion he asked all the right questions and allowed Sarah to fully explain all the reasons behind her mission, so well done to both!

Well done Sarah. Excellent interview and a great advertisement for the club and its future plans. One thing though, I think there are a number of people vying for that no 1 fan spot.
