Is that the new mestalla? It's gotta be due to open soon, I know it's been delayed a fair bit.

I had visited or played on over 500 grounds up to a couple of years ago (561 I think).

Up to 2006, it was 203 but there have been a few ne rcruits to my list since then, including my travels with FFC last season. Probably over 210 now.

Interested in JR's comment about no programme at the World Cup qualifier in Barbados - I went to see the Belgium v Spain qualifier in Brussels two years ago and there wasn't one there either. My innocent enquiry to the colleagues I was with of 'where do they sell programmes?' was met with puzzlement, and when I showed them a Sutton programme the following day they couldn't believe that English clubs had to do one for every home game.
And to answer the original post, 208 in the UK including 41 grounds of clubs now in the Premier League or Football League, although that includes Highbury, The Dell, Eastville, The Den, Layer Road and the Goldstone Ground rather than those clubs' present grounds, and counting two each for Yeovil and Wycombe. I've also been to four in Italy and one in Belgium.
First was Ashton Gate ( Bristol City v Norwich, 8/10/66), most recent was East Cowes Vics (v Warminster) while on holiday a couple of months ago.

I am surprised at the totals from Frakey and Presssec as I thought it would be far more given the time they have been going? I had a 10 yr gap in my travels and my total must be lower but its still got to be @150

However it soon slows down after a couple of season - if you don't get promoted or relegated. So 200 grounds is a good tally - if most have been clocked up following Sutton. One for the Frakey how many grounds have Sutton played on in their history?

108 for me. I've added Concord Rangers, Worcester, Walton Casuals, Lowestoft, Cardiffy City Stadium and St Jakob Park in Basel this season.
The 100th was Guildford City which was a bit rubbish as I had already watched junior football there.

I've totally lost count. Must be at least a hundred and thirty-something, though, as it was 127 when I last counted about a year ago. Haven't missed a Sutton away match since 2004, including friendlies, but had already clocked up quite a few by then.
[Edit - just had a count and it's at least 133]
I like what Andy did, so I'm going to work that out for mine: Furthest north: Rangers (Most northerly English one is Gateshead. Been to Blyth's, but it doesn't count as I didn't watch any football there. If it did count, furthest north overall would actually have been Hearts) Furthest east: FC Tokyo, I suppose -hope you didn't forget to add that one to your tally, Medibot. (Most easterly English one is Lowestoft, of course) Furthest south: that would be FC Tokyo again (English is probably Weymouth) Furthest west: also Rangers, followed by Newport County. For the England-only award, I think Southport just shades it over Weston-super-Mare.

For what its worth reckon I have done 170 grounds at the moment. First Sutton game v Tooting 1966. Furthest, Athens Chelsea V Real Madrid Cup Winners Final and the replay.

My furthest south is Stadio Angelo Massimino in Sicily. It's also my furthest east. Furthest west is the Bernabeu, which to my surprise is about in line with Swansea. Futhest north is Old Trafford.

Remember that there was no P & R in the Isthmian League for many years, so it was same old, same old, with some new grounds being visited in the cups only. Even in those though, it was surprising how rarely we seemed to come up against fresh oposition.
