Not sure if Media News is the best section for this but it is about the Radio (so media may cover it).
I am listening to Talksport at the moment and at 10.30, they will be interviewing the Sutton United commentator and his dad. Apologies that I did not catch his name (think it was Thomas).
I guess it will be available on some kind of listen again/catch up service for those not near the radio.

I love this:
Because, amazingly, there is an option. You know, like not bringing your kids up to be disgustingly spoilt brats. Hell, I know it's been a while since I was a kid, but £90? If I ever wanted something worth more than about £20, I either had to share it with my brothers or get it as a joint parents/grandparents or birthday/Christmas present. And frankly, I'd rather have had it that way even at the time. Don't we teach our children to value things any more?
Thing is, this is what football has become. Players, clubs, even the FA are all becoming spoilt brats and we yhe fans are their struggling parents. And there comes a day when we have to say sorry kids, but we just can't afford to buy you that.
I think all this just shows up strongly - as this article highlights - what a wonderful club Sutton United is.

Morning Star report!Beneath the Conference Premier is the Conference South and Conference North, which run parallel. The match of the weekend comes at Gander Green Lane where second- placed Sutton United face Ebbsfleet United in fourth. And I'll also be presenting Sutton manager Paul Doswell with the Manager of the Month award for March on behalf of Conference, a feat he's now achieved three months running since the turn of the year. Both sides look set to play their part in this season's play-offs so perhaps this could be a dress rehearsal for one of the semi-finals, if not the final itself. Both sides failed to win their last games, Sutton going down 3-2 at strugglers Maidenhead United while Ebbsfleet conceded a stoppage time own goal to draw 1-1 at Staines Town. That said it was Sutton's first defeat since the end of December, reiterating their great run of form since the turn of the year. Steve Brown's Ebbsfleet meanwhile are unbeaten in three and have lost only two of their last 13 matches. Conference South title favourites Eastleigh boosted their chances of automatic promotion after they won 2-1 at third-placed Bromley in midweek and they face a tricky trip to Essex to face Chelmsford City, who are just three points above the relegation zone. Three out of the four play-off places look certain with Havant & Waterlooville occupying the final spot but have a fight on their hands to keep it with Bath City, Dover Athletic, Staines Town and Concord Rangers just two points away and waiting in the wings should they slip up. www.morningstaronline.co.uk/a-4c0a-Luton-look-to-end-four-year-league-hiatus

Hill hopes rivals have a tough timeBY the time Sutton United and Bromley kick a ball again, Eastleigh could be home and hosed as Skrill Conference South champions. But in the event the Spitfires do not get the four points they need at home to Dover Athletic tonight and Basingstoke Town on Good Friday (3pm), manager Richard Hill has made it clear he expects those clubs who have raised their game against Eastleigh this season to do the same against their promotion rivals, writes Wendy Gee. And now he plays the victim mentality card. He's going to get well and truly unstuck in the National next season.
