Do you mean they were able to bring forward a county cup game or the county cup game would previously not have been counted in a league suspension?

as for tomorrow I see they played a county cup game to get mcmahon available. That has not been permitted in the past. Not exactly... the county cup game was scheduled well before McMahon was sent off, so it's not a case that we played it to make him available, that's just how it fell. Similar thing happened against us last season - when Craig Stone got sent off for Dover in your play-off semi-final, he used the county cup final in between to serve his suspension and returned against us in the final.

Am reliably informed that your website announced the arrangement of the ksc tie 3 days after McMahon's red card on 25th August.
If arranged before his red your club is a tad slow in announcing fixture additions.

The submission to Charlton for that date went in a full week before McMahon's sending off. I believe they had to check they could play on that date as their U21s also had a game on the Monday, two days before. As far as I know they confirmed the following week and it would have gone on the website the next day.

Very disappointed to see Jamie go, I can only really echo what's been said by pretty much everyone here, he is a class above even the CS so I would expect his stats for Margate at the end of the season will make for very pleasant reading. Dos has made the point in his post match interview that the defence have been letting in some very poor goals recently, so it's possible a bit of the additional budget will go in that direction further to the loan signing of Harry Osborne, but with Marvin also going as well I wonder if a new striker will come in or possibly a new central midfielder allowing Dundas to play up top more.
