Good points raised with regards to the lack of shooting at goal, general movement etc. But it again begs to question what exactly is going on at training. Surely these basics is day one stuff football regardless of the level which is being played. We train three mornings a week and at the moment it does not show. Andy K raised a good point earlier that maybe we are missing the likes of Telfer and McKimm. Two quality coaches going in such a small amount of time may have some sort of impact on the squad. This is no disrespect to the current coaches but like we have all said there are clear problems. Do we need an experienced striker or defense coach to work on the weak parts of our game? We are not scoring and not defending as we all know. These are just ideas as i'm racking my brains to figure out this season so far.

Losing a FA cup game is tough, but losing Dos would be a disaster. Good to know he is still keen to rebuild and make the necessary changes in his management team. It can’t be easy for him.

Yep, defo need Dos on board. Plenty of time to get this year on track and I'm sure we'll retain our status and be here next season to try again if we don't. Dos has been fully committed as manager and we need to show him the love at this time as clearly he is feeling the pain. Didn't know Spetch had retired too, that is shocking for one so young. Best wishes to him.

Yes absolutely.Dos is the best thing to happen to this club in years.Going out of the FA Cup isn't the end of the world and if we can string together a few league wins we shall be up there in contention.
Get John back from his loan spell as i feel that he is an excellent defender together with making some new signings.

Think John is injured? But yes thought he partnered Clough well last season when our defence was miserly and was surprised he went out on loan. Looks like we have another defender incoming.

Anyone who has thought "Dos out" in the last few weeks I think I would actually call an idiot to their face. Going out of the cup, as delboy said, isn't the end of the world, and if you think back to last season, the 6 weeks following the Kiddy defeat we were pretty poor and that knock on effect was one of the things that cost us the title.
We're 4 points short of a play off spot with a game in hand. We've lost 4 league games this season. Every side in the division lost more last season. The issue is the way we've lost those games. I've seen on here, and other places and heard at matches that there are some players that supporters basically want out. But Dos is a smart guy and he knows what the issues are. And he is hurting as much as we are. And by that same token, those same players could be out, but Dos needs to find appropriate replacements before he can. He's going to have a busy week, but it's something he's done before and something we know he will do again. Almost to an extent that I'm willing to out money on a decent FA Trophy run this year.

The comment from mark n suggesting that recent form has not gone unnoticed at the top suggests, the board are getting restless with Dos.
Does anyone really believe that? Firstly, Dos has been the major player in turning our ground into something to be rightly proud of. Secondly, the history of SUFC is not one of hire and fire. Dos' programme notes quite rightly states that we are not a Conference club in terms of gates, finances etc. I am sure the Board are realistic and probably agree. Of course, it would be great to have a go at the higher level and we were not far off it last season.
Therefore, any thought of Dos being moved on is surely a fantasy.

New to all this so please excuse me if I get anything wrong. Football is a game of opinions and this is mine regarding the current situation. I've watched so much football in my time and there are def some serious problems at the minute, too many players not pulling there weight and some very strange selections!!!!! I would imagine our wage bill is at the higher end of the league spectrum and to be honest there hasn't been near enough quality shown by so called players from higher levels. Where do I start Southam what has he bought to the team apart from bookings and his voice! Kane is twice the player! Callum hart has made way to many errors, the list is endless! I feel dos has lost the dressing room as to many times we are just getting rolled over. I want the future to be with dos but the current levels of performance suggest he's not getting the best out of the squad we have. Remember this is my opinion not meaning to upset anyone
