We have been given permission to hand out season ticket leaflets at the end of the school day NEXT MONDAY & TUESDAY at the following three schools:
GREENSHAW OVERTON GRANGE CHEAM HIGH
This is a fantastic opportunity to promote and sell SUFC to thousands of local secondary schoolchildren. Given over 2,000 disgorge from school in a ten minute period around 3pm we're going to need lots of help PLEASE. A very concentrated twenty minute period is all we need but many hands will make light work.
We will be getting special leaflets printed this week to hand out - all we need now is as many people as possible to spend twenty minutes handing them out!
Please register your help on this thread or e mail me on seasontickets@suttonunited.net . We're going to need 8-10 people minimum please to do the job properly.
#target1000 is in full swing....
Thanks and well done to Steve King for enabling this to happen and to the schools concerned for their great support. Hopefully more to follow.
Time to spread the good news guys and gals....now is the time.

A fourth school has been added to the list -GLENTHORNE- and we could do with 2/3 more people please. Thanks to those who have stepped forward so far. The leaflets arrive on Saturday and I shall contact current volunteers over the weekend with the plan.
Anyone else free for just twenty minutes on Mon or Tues afternoon?

Thanks to those who have PM'd me to assist with this project. This is a really important initiative as we look to attract a whole new young fan base. Many hands will make light work so if there is anyone else who can spare twenty minutes on either Monday or Tuesday please let me know on seasontickets@suttonunited.net
Moving on, we aim to man a stall in Sutton High Street on selected dates in June and July, mostly Saturdays. Help with these woud also be greatly appreciated, nay vital! I shall revert with dates and times as soon as I have them.
Up the U's.

Grateful thanks to Steve King, Tony Dunmore, John James and Jim Good who joined me at the school gates at Greenshaw, Overton Grange, Glenthorne and Cheam High Secondary schools handing out nigh on 2,000 season ticket leaflets in the process. A hugely encouraging exercise. Here's hoping the hard work translates into more youngsters coming along to support the team next season.
Next up in the summer promotional calendar: this Saturday 16th May - Picnic in the Park, Sutton Common Park, Sutton Common Road. 12:30. - 3:30 pm. Why not come along and visit the SUFC stall? Our huge appreciation to Tony D, Nigel G and Mark N who are giving up their afternoon to man the table ( plus anyone else I'm not aware of). Why not come along and give them some support?
Up the U's
More news soon on High Street stall dates for the summer. #manyhandsmakelightwork

For all those helping, I'll be there at 11:00 with the table, banners etc to set up. You might want to bring your own chairs! I hope we will all be in SUFC yellow! We might not have the same gear as the Army and Police, but we could be the brightest!
