That might be what it says, but frankly the real reason I suspect is because he has been crap. He has done next to nothing, scoring one goal only (on his debut). His last performance at Worthing showed him once again to be pretty clueless- he ought to have experience at least if not the speed, but if Garland had listened to the fans (now there's a subversive idea!) RH would have been composted ages ago.
