Potential match ups over Xmas and New Year Altrincham v Stockport Chesterfield v Notts County Macclesfield v Wrexham Kings Lynn v Solihull Halifax v Hartlepool Weymouth v Eastleigh Torquay v Yeovil Aldershot v Woking Bromley v Dover Barnet v Boreham Wood Wealdstone v Maidenhead Sutton v Dagenham I wouldn't bet on that. I would expect that the NL will ask for some sort of bond from Macclesfield and if that's not forthcoming they could go to the NLN like Boston did a few years ago, thus saving Ebbsfleet

Amazon Prime reporting that unless Charlton change owners they may get chucked out of the EFL.

Dagenham v Dover and Bromley v Sutton. Dover getting to Dagenham is probably as straightforward (maybe even easier) than getting to Bromley (and is, by road, about 3 miles closer!)

The consortium which bought them out earlier this year for one pound was overseen by Chris Farnell, the same lawyer responsible for overseeing the purchase of Bury FC for the same sum, and we all know how that sorry saga panned out...

...conspicuously, his online CV omits to mention his involvement with either club. Funny that.

Oh jeez that doesn't bode well at all.

Of course all that may still change should Dover not find the necessary backers they need by the end of August, if not, they may not be in existence for the 2020/21 Season !

I hate it when we lose the opening game of the season, but I suppose I might as well get used to the idea.

Aldershot away is also a fixture where we struggle- we’re going to have to buck historic trends quickly
