Couple of cracking ties in the National South next weekend! Couldn’t call either of them. Surely Dartford must be odds on to win knowing Dos's record in play offs.

Sort of reminds me of the 2004 FA Trophy final between Hednesford and Canvey Island. I was with some mates in the Hednesford end and they were 1-0 up at half time. Some of their more committed drinkers decided to go for a pint during the break; returning slightly late for the restart they somehow* failed to realise Canvey had scored twice in the first two minutes of the second half. It was a very nervy 45 minutes, but Hednesford managed to claw back two goals to eventually win 3-2. The aforementioned committed drinkers spent the second half wondering why their fellow fans were acting so nervous as they apparently cruised to an easy 3-0 win. *beer

Never won a play off game. He's managed a couple of draws in 2 legged play off games, but in a one off he lost convincingly each time - Staines, Kingstonian, BW. In fact in one off play off games he's never conceded less than 3 goals!

They must have some fairly serious money behind them in non-league terms, given their rise in the past few years? Good luck to them anyway. Thoroughly enjoyed my vist there a couple of years ago for the pre season friendly

Catch 22 decided today. We will be going to Borehamwood next season. Lost to Harrogate. And we’re now unlikely to win the league next season
