The next question is.................who do we get over Christmas? Hampton, or would they play Yeading Bromley, or would they play Fisher or Welling Fisher as above?? Or someone completely different?

Maidenhead could play Yeading.

I worked out that if Salisbury go up we'll almost certainly get Hampton (Yeading v Maidenhead, Fisher v Bromley, Welling v Thurrock etc) but if they stay down we probably will end up with Bromley as Maidenhead will play Farnborough, Yeading'll get Hampton and Welling probably play Fisher (although without Braintree, that means Thurrock play Cambridge or Bishop's Stortford which doesn't make sense so they might send the Stale Buns to Fisher or Yeading or even Thurrock!). Anyway- Come on Salisbury

If Salisbury go up, I reckon we could be looking at the following festive pairings:
Newport - Bath Dorchester - Eastleigh Basingstoke - Farnborough Havant - Bognor Eastbourne - Lewes Fisher - Welling Bromley - Sutton Hampton - Yeading Maidenhead - St Albans Thurrock - Braintree B Stortford - Cambridge
If Braintree go up the following would be different:
Dorchester - Salisbury Eastleigh - Basingstoke Farnborough - Maidenhead Yeading - St Albans Hampton - Sutton Fisher - Bromley Welling - Thurrock
OK, there's a certain amout of guesswork involved, and the Hants Fuzz might not be too keen on Farnboro v B'stoke on Boxing Day. Likewise, the Met might not be happy about Bromley v well, anybody in south London.
But remember - one or two of you scoffed when last close season I predicted we'd get Farnborough. ;D
