Just curious really. I know there are loads of people who say you can only have one love when it comes to football but likewise plenty others who feel differently. Personally my first team is Gillingham and always will be but Sutton and Celtic are sides I'll always plan to watch every so often and because Gills have a friendship with Schalke 04 I'd add them to the list. Also met a few FC Twente lads (they have a love in with S04) so I've seen them as well and follow their results. Got a mate in Warsaw and seen Legia a few times.
Any more for any more?? (and obviously I'm waiting for the Jack Nicklaus joke which is fair enough!)

I was gonna say Brighton (I went to uni there) but they're currently 4-0 down with 25 mins left to play so maybe I should have kept that quiet!

As some people may already know I am a Worcester City fan. They were my main side, with Sutton as my " other side ",for many years until circumstances caused that situation to reverse a few years ago now.Not complaining though! League side Swindon Town(since 1971)but haven't been for getting on for 40 years since I got the non league bug. One of my best friends is from Glasgow, and a keen Celtic fan,so I look for their results too

Surely Manchester United are the second favourite team of an overwhelming majority of the public ! My other favs are Sutton United,Celtic and East Stirlingshire who are, sadly,no longer in the Scottish national league set-up.

As my father was brought up in Fulham and his father was a security guard at Stamford Bridge my team was Chelsea growing up. And seeing as when I was a child Chelsea were a thumping great load of terribleness people can't hold it against me. Sutton, though, is where my heart lies. The magical moment of my first Sutton game against Aldershot to the wonderful moment of when Roarie Deacon scored the 96th minute winner against Cheltenham which in turn was the first time I had taken my own son to a football match. And what a match.

Having been brought up in Aylesbury they were my local side in the 1960's (including one promotion). My grandparents lived in Northampton and I was able to enjoy the amazing 'up and down' of the Cobblers in the 1960's as well. From 1960 my 'big team' has been Wolves and I used to see them a couple of times each season when a 'big trip' was made to London to see them at Chelsea and Fulham or Arsenal. After that I always tried to support the local team where I lived and so my journey has led me to 'support' Weymouth (briefly), Cambridge United (during which they gained promotion), Sutton United (1979-1990 - more promotion), Inverness Caley and Ross County in their rise from the Highland League to the Scottish Premier (one son supported Caley, the other one supported County - thankfully season tickets were inexpensive and they played at home on alternate Saturdays). Since returning 'south' in 2015 it has been Shrewsbury occasionally but mainly Telford United as I still prefer non-league football and I have been to several Wolves games - especially in this year's Europa League. I have managed to catch up with Sutton at Chester, Wrexham, Solihull, Tranmere etc and did make it to Airdrie last season. It has been a pleasure to see Mark, Dave and Tony again as we go back to the days of football in Beddington Park! I'm not planning to move again in the near future so perhaps that's my selection of teams to support coming to an end - although one of my sons now lives in Bath... Most teams I have watched have been promoted at some time during the course of my attending their games but I'm not holding my breath for Telford as the National League North is a very tough league in more ways than one. After all this - it's Sutton and Wolves that matter the most to me.

Whoever carshalton are playing.
I do like to see Swansea City do well as they’re my local team, and I look out for the results of a few local teams in the Welsh system.

I remember the incredible rise and fall of Northampton Town in the sixties, culminating in one season ,1965/66 in the top flight. They took a fair few hammerings but,and i'm just looking at the table, they still finished 13 points ahead of bottom club Blackburn Rovers.

Tottenham, as I was born there.
Also, my Aunt worked at the club for a spell. She lived in the same road as Cliff Jones and his familly. My cousins and I used to play with his three daughters, when we were kids. Quite a wild house, they had.

Spurs for me as well.
I was Spurs before Sutton, try and get to one game a season. Never really managed more than 4 or 5 in any season.
Sutton fan for circa 20 years now.

Arsenal were my first team to support as a small boy until I discovered Sutton in 1982.
Was quite happy justifying how Arsenal were my bit on the side as I fully subscribed to the opinion you can only have one club.
Then I moved to Dorset 6 years ago and as well as having Sutton season tickets, my son and I are also Southampton season ticket holders. They are very much a third team but in those 5 years we have had a European campaign, 2 trips to Wembley, a couple of relegation battles and some great away days
Having said all that, none of it beats the memories I have with Sutton and looking forward to getting back when we can.

I originally left Cheam in 1987 and have never permanently lived in LBS since...(although visit regularly!) I went to almost all Sutton home games and a good chunk of the aways in the 80's.
Since emigrating its been all kinds of "Wolves" that have loomed large in my world, originally attending the University in the black country (it was a polytechnic back then) seeing a view of the crumbling Molineux stadium on a daily basis in the days when Steve Bull was setting the old Fourth Division alight. Oddly though I only went to 1 game there as i was usually heading to somewhere like Telford, Stafford, Kettering or Northwich instead!! And I have never considered them a team.
From the late 90's I have had resettled in the North West and the Wolves that I have adopted are the "Wire" and its reassuring to know that your 2 favourite teams will never play against each other! And to a lesser extent Warrington Town (who are nicknamed the Yellows).

Besides watching Sutton Inited who floodlights I can just see from my Dad garden, I used to catch the 93 bus from outside Cheam High to watch Fulham and once I turning arround on the riverside terrace to watch the Head of the River race as Fulhan was losing in the old forth Division. After living in Bristol for 8 years, I also have a soft spot for Brislington Town in Western league (step 5).
