Draw has been made for the 2nd qual round. At the moment any NLN/S drawn at home are not allowed spectators. This is going to be odd.

I've read that some NLN/S clubs may withdraw from the Cup as if they play these fixtures they will trigger the start of their players' contracts. Which, as we still don't know if we'll have a season, might be precipitous.
Got to feel sorry for the players, in all of this.

So, for Non-Elite v Elite, the wording says: “Both clubs shall ensure that spectators of the visiting club are not in attendance at the match”. How on earth are they going to do that?! Will the home clubs have to restrict ticket sales to their own members or S/T holders, with no tickets sold on the gate?
I was considering going to Corinthian Casuals v Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday as a neutral. I might have to have a re-think now.
What a joke.

Just noticed this on the Corinthian Casuals website. I love the tone.
"Following an announcement from the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in conjunction with the FA, Corinthian-Casuals will be unable to admit supporters of Dulwich Hamlet to King George’s Arena for the FA Cup 2nd Round Qualifying fixture on Saturday 3rd October.
As the coronavirus is clearly clever enough to differentiate between supporters of Step 2 and 3 clubs, in their wisdom, supporters of National League clubs – which include Dulwich Hamlet – are banned from spectating.
We have held back on the sale of tickets for the time being but will unfortunately have to limit these to Corinthian-Casuals and neutral supporters only. Please do not purchase tickets if you are a supporter of Dulwich Hamlet F.C. as both clubs have to adhere to these rules (we cannot believe we’ve had to type that).
We’d like to place on record that as a club, we are not in favour of this utterly baffling ruling, we believe it is wholly unnecessary and we are having to put in place these restrictions under duress."

Do we foresee any upsets in tonight and tomorrow nights cup ties? This the round before we enter! A couple of long journeys tonight with Maidstone travelling all the way to Wimborne Town and Dulwich playing Christchurch which happens to be the televised game on the BBC!

Hemel and Brackley are through as Boston and Kettering have had to withdraw due to COVID outbreaks

A pity for Boston and Kettering there. We of course have recent previous with Hemel and Brackley - wasn’t it three consecutive seasons we drew Hemel in FA competition?!

I assume the club drawn at home keep the streaming income?

I assume the club drawn at home keep the streaming income? That's assuming they have the capability to stream.
