It’s back! A huge thank you to everyone participating in the Strikers are Key scheme for the forthcoming season. All 50 balls have been “sold” with a total of 165 people taking part in individual syndicates. Fantastic. We have five brand new syndicates joining the game this season too - welcome one and all. The SAK Board in the Players’ Bar is being updated accordingly! The usual rules apply - £200 per League game, £50 per designated goal scorer, 4 keys, 50 balls, safe, velvet bag, accordion, gold jacket. It’s all clean, fully sanitized and ready for action! This season’s designated goalscorers are Omar Bugiel, Tobi Sho-Silva, Callum Kealy, David Ajiboye, Will Randall and the Legend Dundo. Whilst we are all desperate to get back together in the stadium and in the bars, the first draw of the season WILL take place this Saturday around 5:30pm in the MBA Lounge after the match v Maidenhead United adhering, of course, to all social distancing regulations. We will also film it so as to share later with all SAK players. Clearly it will not be the “normal” SAK jamboree but the show WILL and must go on Onwards until we can all get back together again. Forever Amber.

The first Strikers are Key draw of the new season duly took place after our excellent 3-0 victory against Maidenhead United..not in the circumstances we would’ve wished for in a packed, vibrant, noisy Players’ Bar celebrating a great first-day win but it took place nonetheless. The guys from SUFCTv filmed the draw which, so as not to spoil the surprise, will appear on line tomorrow morning Until then! Forever Amber

Our splendid friends at SUFCTV will film the second Strikers are Key draw of the season which will be made after tomorrow night’s match v Notts County. A minimum of £550 will be in the safe - it builds up quickly when you score a few goals, eh? The big question is ....who will be donning the blue jacket this time to conduct the draw? A high bar has been set after Dominic’s show last week! SUFCTV will publish on Wednesday so tune in to see..... Missing you all very much. Stay strong. Forever Amber.

After what seems like an age, the third Strikers are Key draw of the season will take place after tomorrow’s game v King’s Lynn Town. SUFCTV will kindly be there to film it for us.
The question is; who will be wearing the blue jacket....?

The third SAK draw of the season duly took place after U’s five-star performance v King’s Lynn Town. Yes; Isaac Olaofe’s goals do, of course, count as part of the scheme £400 was therefore in the safe with his hat-trick and Tobi Sho-Silva’s goal boosting the fund. Watch out for SUFCTV’s film of the draw tomorrow to see the outcome! Forever Amber.

The fourth Strikers are Key draw of the season will take place after tonight’s match v Dagenham.
A minimum of £600 will be in the safe.
Oh to be back in the Players’ Bar with everyone. I can’t wait. In the meantime, we make the best of it.
Good Luck to everyone who has a stake in this important scheme - your support, as always, is greatly appreciated.

The fifth Strikers are Key draw of the season will take place after tomorrow’s match v FC Halifax Town.
The safe has been obstinate so far this season, yielding its contents only once to date.
Will tomorrow be bonanza time for one of our brave 50 syndicates?
With the goals at Wealdstone scored by Omar and Tanto, a minimum of £950 will be up for grabs tomorrow!!
Watch this space for SUFCTV’s coverage of the draw.
33, 12, 49, 7 ...what’s going to be the next number in the sequence?

Congratulations to “The UVs”,owners of ball number 24, whose ball was plucked from the purple velvet bag after Saturday’s thrilling 4-1 win v Solihull....in front of at least some of the Sutton family as well. A very emotional day. Beverley Crane, Julian Crane and Vince Michael scooped the £1250 prize when Shan promptly chose the right key on their behalf (see SUFCTV video on separate thread). Well done to them and thanks to them for donating a chunk of their winnings back into the UWS2020 scheme. All round.. a rather special day. Forever Amber. Draw 7 comes immediately after tomorrow’s match v Chesterfield. Watch out for SUFCTV’s coverage
