Well played lads, great commentary AB. Your username sums it up, that is what I was doing that last 10. Great result, AB excellent, shows that the Bromley result was nothing to do with us Amazing to think we almost have a quarter of the points needed to survive with just 5 matches gone.. Its at times like this I like too look back a year and them doom merchants after we lost 3-2 to Ebbsfleet, its good fun seeing how out of his depth Matt was and he should go now etc, etc. suttonunited.proboards.com/thread/10241/sutton-ebbsfleet-match-thread

Yes I thought Adrian Barrys' commentary was excellent too. Brilliant to come back with this league win tonight after losing the tie v Bromley.

Much better performance than Saturday's, and good to see Craig Eastmond back in the team and Harry opening his account for the season. Our front players were excellent in the first half, Omar a particular threat when dropping off their back line and finding pockets of space. We did ride our luck a bit in the game's closing stages as Yeovil cranked up the pressure.
Enjoyment of a 2-1 away win (and third place in the table) was again tempered by technical issues with the home club's live stream, and I missed the penalty as the stream didn't resume automatically after half-time. A little more gloss was taken off the result by injuries to Jon Barden and Coby Rowe, the latter looking in a bad way as he struggled off the pitch in stoppage time.

What a win and fully deserved! Olaofe out standing and also Ben Wyatt, what a find he’s proving to be. The energy of the team to night was so good, just would not be beaten. Yes tired at the end but it shows the commitment of this team. So well done lads we can put Saturday be hind us!👏

Just re-read that thread. Ironic that Ebbsfleet were the team that went down eh? 3rd in the league with a game in hand. I didn't expect this. Matt has nailed this managerial lark with ease.

Out of our league games so far this season that first half hour was possibly our strongest. High energy and forceful. We literally made 1 mistake for their goal. The difference being that we did enough at the right end to come away with a deserved 3 points. Lovely stuff.

It turns out that a fire at Huish Park was the cause of the delay. This I did not know so apologies if everyone else did and knew already.
I couldn't listen or watch so had to rely on Flashscores!

I missed both our goals. The first was my fault, the second was Yeovil's, although if I'd taken more notice of the time I might have realised that the feed hadn't restarted automatically.

Genuinely confused by clubs in this league using those hideous Veo automated cameras for live streams rather than a manned camera, considering every club has a media team these days who film proper footage for the BT Sport highlights programme and their in-house content.

Great start. Hope our two players who went off injured aren't too seriously hurt.

Any word on Wayne Brown? Injured, out of favour, out on loan?
