We played some great stuff, Harry was everywhere, Stones could not handle our movement and pace, we simply cut them to ribbons in that 1st half.
2 reasons I can see why we didn't win 10-3 is that defensively it only took Stones half a dozen chances to score 3 times, that is too expensive on our part. Attacking wise we got to the door so many times and lacked what they call composure. Putting the ball in the net is just another pass. Easy for me to say I know, but you could see us panic on the final shot as much as they panicked defending it.
Mind you great to get that equalizer at the end, Eastie did show composure...

Last year in the Autumn we were playing reasonably well and losing (being unlucky??) whereas this autumn we are playing well and getting results/picking up points. Presumably the sign of a stronger and more confident team?
I daresay we will hit a bad patch at some point during the 44 game season (of course we are less than a quarter of the way thru) and when that point (inevitably) comes, if the team can still grind out wins/pick up draws/ battle for the unlikely points against the odds, we will be in good shape come April and may even have a PO spot to fight for.
IMO we need one of our strikers to have a 20+ goal season. Olaofe seems the most likely if he stays with us but its great to see that we have plenty of attacking options (4 strikers plus HB and DA)

I meant to mention this just after the game last week but Wealdstone did produce a hard-copy programme for the game and an excellent read it is too.. Here’s the link for purchase.. wealdstonefc.ktckts.com/brand/programmmes
