Thanks for the replies, I guess its all down to testing - That is an even worse rat hole in the EFL down to National.

Back to the original topic: a very late winner for Solihull moves them up to 10th and brings a halt to Chesterfield's resurgence. Yeovil's revival continues with a 3-0 win at Weymouth, the Terras now rather adrift in the relegation zone with Barnet and Dover.

Premier league players (and any other club that can afford it) are tested daily using the lateral flow test kits (same as they used for mass testing in Liverpool) Results are obtained in 15-20 minutes. Contacts of confirmed cases can still work/ play provided they test negative every day they should be self isolating. As the lateral flow test can show false positives any positive result is confirmed by a swab test.
If you cannot afford to test every close contact for the whole self isolation period there is no alternative other than to self isolate.
