Younger Fans may not see it, but for those who have been around for a decade or so, and remember places such as Aveley and Waltham Abbey. Just stand back and stare at the table, if I had of posted that 10yrs ago, the likes of AndyK would have been on it in flash telling how OS has lost his marbles - Amazing isn't it just to be in this company

Pretty amazing. Don't forget in that time both Torquay and Stockport have been in the sixth tier pretty recently. I think even ten years ago (may have been a little longer) Stockport were in the Championship. How long have Wrexham been down in the National League now? 13 odd years? Plus you can add in ex league clubs like Aldershot, Dagenham and Barnet. My only gripe is why couldn't you have cropped out Eastleigh?

My only gripe is why couldn't you have cropped out Eastleigh? Because 10yrs ago, Eastleigh were going to conquer the world.

OS, if you'd posted that table ten years ago, then everyone would be saying you've lost your marbles. Either that or you're Nostradamus.

I saw another contrast to our current fortunes today..thanks to a reminder from Gandermonium Twitter which marks 20 years since a 3-0 reversal away at Hitchin Town. It was our first season back down in the then Ryman Prem following relegation from the Conference, a greatly changed squad produced an inconsistent season whereby we finished mid-table.
