Got what we deserved, which was nothing. Beaten by the better team on the night. Long way to go still. Not a good night for the club.

Yeah. Not really at the races, tonight.

Torquay were deserved winners tonight. We are not quite at it at the moment but still the best placed team.

Very disappointing tonight. Looks like Torquay are over their wobble and are right back on it.

Deffo penalty in the last few minutes, but a draw would have been unfair.

Little doubt that Torquay were the better side this evening, though without being anything special. We never seemed to settle. Joash Nembhard looked a weak link in the first half, and it was no surprise that he was substituted at the interval, but his replacement, debutant Junior Tiensia, struggled to make an impact out on the left, and was himself substituted. We could really do with Will Randall back.
Torquay had served notice with a shot against the bar and another saved at point-blank range by Dean Bouzanis before their late winner. About our only decent chance fell to Omar in the second half, after good work by Tanto, but he fired wide.
Tonight's defeat was just about affordable, as we still have three games in hand over Hartlepool and one over Torquay, who go level with us on 63 points. But the absence of goals in the last three matches is a concern. A reaction at Altrincham on Saturday is now needed.

Danny Wright was quality. Makes a huge difference to them. They’ll hope his issue at the end was minor and not a recurrence of his serious one that he has just recovered from.

Just did not turn up ! Reminded me of the Stockport and chesterfield games were we just did not create enough so got what we deserved. Matt must be frustrated at the moment, but must keep the lads going! ‘we are not out off this yet’
‘Defo pen’

Maybe start Tanto down the left with Omar & Wilson up front.

Rather average fare and a bit of a reset is required to get the goals coming again.
I might be missing something but I'm assuming Kenny D is injured? Any forecast for his comeback? I feel our midfield is really missing his energy.

How about Milsom and Wyatt starting on the left and interchanging between themselves between left back and left wing??

Tonight’s result would not have been so deflating if we had managed to score a goal against Solihull or Borehamwood. Over 270 minutes now without a goal. Injuries to Randall, Rhys Brown and Kenny Davis do not help.
