Stuck up a Welsh mountain. First live stream missed. Huge thanks to AB's commentary via mixlr.

Great result lads and also, what a game Wilson had, could not get near him, so it’s back in our hands now👏

At the end of BT Sport's lunchtime coverage of today's live game, Adam Virgo remarked that Hartlepool's 7-2 win at Wealdstone and unbeaten run meant that they had the momentum and were now favourites for the title. I just wonder if that comment spurred our players on a little.
4-0 was our biggest away win of the season, and our superiority against an injury-hit Altrincham team was as great as the final score suggests. We were still missing Will Randall and Kenny Davis, and there was no Omar in the squad. Matt's solution was to start with Tobi Sho-Silva and Donovan Wilson up front, with Tanto wide on the left. This worked a treat, and (unlike on Tuesday) there was no obvious weakness in the side. Once Donovan's expert finish had put us 2-0 up just past the half-hour there was little doubt that we'd go on to win.
It was great to see Coby Rowe come on as a sub for his first appearance since that nasty injury at Yeovil in October. He looked a little rusty, but that's understandable after such a long lay-off.
I agree that Altincham's stream coverage was excellent. The commentators were very complimentary about the Sutton performance

Delboy the master tactician On a poor surface, which the home side struggled with far more than we did, this was a solid away performance with four goals from U's and only two dribbling shots on target from Alty conceded. They massively miss Kosylo but had no answer to U's fast start to the match which saw a number of promising situations. Great f-k from Rob M, two good finishes from Donovan (4 goals in his 3 starts) and nice control and finish from TSS. As comfortable a win as we have achieved this season but then we're up there because of our home pitch, aren't we? Well done to all and will add to the plaudits re their coverage.

We won comfortably today with really needed to get out of 2nd gear. It was probably the most one sided Sutton game I've seen this season. But I bet if that game happened 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't have been 4 0.
I think Tuesday was the kick up the arse we needed. Losing to our main rival may, by the end if the season, not a bad thing. Many of us remember 85/86 and Yeovil.

Just what the doctor ordered, a strong powerful display from 1st to last minute. Importantly it proves a point to any doubters out there that this team is the real deal. 4 goals really helps the GD and shows the scoring touch hasn't gone away and neither has the miserly defending.
The stats have not really changed in the past few weeks, the bar is still around 85pts, and to do that our closest rivals Torquay are going to have to get decent results against, Chesterfield, Notts County and Stockport and win all their other matches, a really tough ask.
We just need to keep puttering along doing our job and don't need to worry about anyone else.

As comfortable a win as we have achieved this season but then we're up there because of our home pitch, aren't we? I believe I'm right in saying that we now have a better record away from home than at GGL. Something for the "wah, plastic pitch" brigade to chew on.
