www.fgr.co.uk/news/tickets-sutton-united-hFor a club that prides itself on being environmentally friendly, they are not doing online tickets for away supporters, so if you want a ticket you have to "get them at the Sutton ticket office" or on the day. And if you get them on the day it's a quid extra. Well done FGR for being utter arseholes.

Baffling way of doing things.

I’m not overly shocked. They hosted Swansea in a pre-season match, no pre-sale tickets for the away end, just 400 tickets available on a first come first served basis.
I’m guessing as an exile I’m pretty much limited to getting a ticket on the day really.

They might be made of vegan rice paper and you can eat them after the game. Never understood the extra £1 charge. I will have to pay it as coming from Lancashire.

Hopefully get Friday off work, planning to make a weekend of it. Is Stroud the best place to find a place to stay? Not familiar with that neck of the woods.

Hopefully get Friday off work, planning to make a weekend of it. Is Stroud the best place to find a place to stay? Not familiar with that neck of the woods. Depends how you're travelling. If you're using public transport then Stroud is probably your best option as that's where the nearest railway station is, and there's more there than in Nailsworth. If you're going by car then you'd have the choice of many lovely places to stay within a ten-mile radius.

Thanks for the advice, managed to get a room at the Five Valleys Aparthotel not far from Stroud Station. So in Stroud for the weekend. Will be getting the train down on Friday with my match ticket which I'll get from the club very soon I hope. Really looking forward to what will be a memorable game. Decent pricing by Cardiff.

Decent pricing by Cardiff. I think Cardiff are expecting a smaller crowd (only 2 stands are open for home fans) so anything to get more people to attend. Which is scarily sensible

I'm going to make a long weekend of it, squeezing in both games. Can't wait to get going!

Doing the same, a much needed break, arrive in Stroud on Friday then hop over to Cardiff on Monday, back to London on the Wednesday. That's the plan and hopefully nothing thwarts it. Have booked my accommodation. I'm going to make a long weekend of it, squeezing in both games. Can't wait to get going!
