Even as a guest you don't back click. You just click on the year and it gives you a choice. I wasn’t asked to input my date of birth. I just chose a concession season ticket

During buying it asked 'would you like a physical ticket' so why after selecting yes does it only offer the option of delivery by email?

During buying it asked 'would you like a physical ticket' so why after selecting yes does it only offer the option of delivery by email? Because irrespective of whether you choose the physical ticket option, you will still get an e-ticket to download by way of email.

What’s the latest number of season tickets sold? Wonder if there was a big take up at yesterday’s game.

Happy to say I have bought my season ticket. It was one of those things I kept putting off to next week, glad to have caught the early bird price.

Just been on the website to renew but if you have an existing seat in the grandstand there doesn’t seem to be any option to retain the seat. Any tips?

Brian’s post earlier the thread may help?

Brian’s post earlier the thread may help? I saw that and it doesn’t seem to make much sense to me as you can’t make any payment without adding something to my basket but I can’t do that if the seat is identified as being unavailable. I’ll call the club to ask about it.

Just called the club and Adrian Barry has processed my payment, so ST renewed for my existing seat.
Now over the 1,000 renewals

Finally got round to renewing mine this morning. Almost fell for the never ending ‘date of birth’ clicking marathon, but remembered the earlier post which suggested that you click on the year to access your birth year - job done! Now looking forward to another season with the big boys. League One? Wouldn’t put it past this lot…

Any technology buffs out there? Just to stifle my curiosity, but I couldn’t help but notice that the QR code on my PDF season ticket is different from the version that appears on my ticket that downloads into my virtual wallet (both generated from the same email). Shouldn’t they be the same seeing that either could be used to gain access to a match?

Shouldn’t they be the same seeing that either could be used to gain access to a match? Even if two QR Codes store identical data, the pattern might or might not be different depending on the QR Code generator used. The primary reason for the change is due to the internal expression of the QR Code (numeric code, alphanumeric code, and so on). If this expression varies, then the data pattern also varies. I'd say it's fine!
