With the football season underway, it can only mean one thing, the return of Strikers Are Key.
Our first draw of the season has now taken place, with our no.1 Norwegian fan Ragnar doing the honours and pulling the ball and the key from the velvet bags.
Ragnar pulled out ball 39, owned by Tony Dunmore and then did Tony the honour of pulling out the winning key!
Tony walks away with £200 for the first draw plus the £50 for Omar’s goal.

Our second draw of the season saw £300 up for grabs. With £50 each added for goals from Donovan Wilson against Doncaster and Tope Fadahunsi’s goal against Barrow.
Fresh from his nuptials this week our very own Tom “The Duke” Ayre stepped up to do the honours, donning the blue sequin jacket and pulling ball 44 from the velvet bag - Last of the Summer Whine
Kiddo steps up to the safe for his syndicate and low and beyond, for the second draw in a row the safe is opened!!

Our third draw of the season saw £300 up for grabs. With £50 having been added for both of today's goals courtesy of Josh Neufville and Tope Fadahunsi.
One of our young fans, Josh stepped up to the Strikers Are Key stage, donned the blue sequin jacket and pulled ball 44 from the velvet bag - Last of the Summer Whine....AGAIN!!!
Kiddo stepped up to the honours for his syndicate once more, and much to the delight of the gathered crowd, he was unsuccessful in his attempt to open the safe.
The money rolls over to next Saturday, where there will be a minimum of £500 in the safe.

Draw four saw £550 in the safe
Our Women’s First Team Captain Darcy Wells did the honours and drew ball 48 - Half Time Sherbet, from the velvet bag.
With no one available to do the honours for them, in their absence Sutton’s Lady Mayoress attempted to open the safe.
Sadly she was unsuccessful, so the money rolls over to our next home game, with a minimum of £750 in safe.

Draw five saw £900 locked in the safe.
Our Lady Mayoress stepped up to do the honours once again, pulling ball 33 from the velvet bag, K and D.
In their absence the Mayoress tried on their behalf to open the safe, which she did!

Draw six saw £250 in the safe after last weeks big win.
Ball 42 - Jim’s Persistence was pulled out and Jim Goode stepped up for his syndicate to do the honours.
He was unsuccessful in opening the safe so the money rolls over.

Draw seven saw £450 up for grabs.
Nine year old Isla did the honours and pulled ball 46 - Woodturners United, out of the bag and Isla picked their key out for them too.
No luck!! Minimum £650 in the safe for the next draw.

Draw eight got underway with £650 in the safe.
With the balls safely placed into a brand new velvet bag, the honours were done by the one and only Alan Hudson. Ball 16 - Lucky Striker, was pulled out.
David Ajiboye stepped up to the honours for them, no luck.
Roll over.

Draw Nine, saw £950 in the safe.
The honours were done by Josh Neufville's Dad, Colin, who pulled out Ball 39 - Tony Dunmore.
Colin then went on to open the safe for Tony.

Chris the director of Rochdale pulled Ball 18 - The Mulligans out of the bag.
Sean stepped up to do the honours for his syndicate, no luck, roll over!!!

The one and only Caragh Barry did the honours and pulled ball 11 -Phil White, from the velvet bag.
Phil stepped up to try his luck, no win!!
Minimum of £700 up for grabs for our next draw.

In the first of our double draw, Draw Twelve saw £700 up for grabs - David Ajiboye stepped up to the honours and pulled ball 30 from the bag - Robboaccounts David does the honours for Rob and picks a key, wrong key!
Draw Thirteen, with £1000 in the safe, David pulls ball 44 - Last of the Summer Whine, Sutton United goal keeping legend Chris Vagg, steps on to the chair to do the honours for his syndicate, he’s unsuccessful.
Roll on with a minimum of £1200 up for grabs after the Crawley game.

Draw Fourteen saw Ball 6 - Bobby’s M8s pulled from the velvet bag. Bobby stepped up to do the honours, but was unsuccessful in opening the safe.
The money rolls over to our next Saturday home fixture, where there will be a minimum of £1450 up for grabs

A double draw today….
With £1600 up for grabs Draw Fifteen, Ben Ghinn donned the blue sequin jacket to do the honours He pulled out Ball 27 - The Old Moult Gang Dirty Barry does the honours for his syndicate and only goes and opens it!! Winner!!
The jackpot having just been scooped Draw Sixteen saw £250 up for grabs. Ben Ghinn did the honours again, pulling out Ball 37. Paul Chalmers stepped up for his It’s A Dog’s Life. Sadly no luck for Chalmers, so roll over.

Draw Seventeen, with £450 up for grabs.
Jude Little donned the special 125th Anniversary red sequin jacket and did the honours, pulling Ball 16 - Lucky Striker out of the bag.
Tony Cove stepped up for his syndicate, and opened the safe!!
