Yes I know it's a month or so away but I think that many of us will want to go. I understand it's all seater and so groups of people would want to sit together.
Any idea what our allocation would be and how many tickets one could buy? I'm writing this early because it needs planning.

Orient sold out this Sat. You’d think we’d sell out or get very close. One of the more local derbies in the EFL.

Well we sold out for our opening game vs Gills and they had 1,172 - so about 1,200
How many do we get for the return fixture on NYD?

Do 1898 Club Members (without season tickets) get priority too?

No mention in the arrangements for 1898 members getting any priority which is contrary to what we were led to believe.
Also arrangements do seem to discriminate against those supporters that don’t live anywhere near GGL.

There is a band of Sutton season ticket holders who give up their time on matchdays and indeed other times as volunteers.
If anybody should be given priority it is them. And yes, I am one of them.
I was a VP for 40 years before this season but as my car park duties don't allow for me to use the old VP lounge any more I declined the invitation to join.

"Season ticket holders can also order tickets by telephone during those times to be posted out, at an extra charge of £1.50." How is that discrimatory?

I was referring to non season ticket holders who live at a distance who never have a chance to get anything in demand when they go on general sale.

How do you know this is the case for Wimbledon away? General Sale details will be released soon in about a week, once Season Tickets holders have purchased their tickets.

I was referring to non season ticket holders who live at a distance who never have a chance to get anything in demand when they go on general sale. When demand outstrips supply, that's the nature of the beast. And in this case, wholly correct. Season ticket holders should be given priority over non season ticket holders in these situations, in this case even more so when the ground we're going to is 5 miles from our home ground. Even ignoring the geographic situation, there is no scenario where the opposite should ever be the case. And of course there are season ticket holders who also live "at a distance" from the club. Of course there is a point about members of the 1898 club not being mentioned in this, although I think this is probably just an oversight, based on my presumption that the vast majority of members of that club are also season ticket holders. I'm sure the club will clarify this soon.

On my way to there now. No details on 1898 members as yet, still season ticket holders only.

I assume when it says 'phone the club shop' that means the club's number? So: 0208 644 4440
