I assume when it says 'phone the club shop' that means the club's number? So: 0208 644 4440 Yes. There's a phone in the club shop, and calls can be transferred there from the club office.

I got through after about 40 minutes. Mark in the shop was having to deal with a physical queue so couldn't answer phone.
So callers will have to be patient (a quality I don't have lots of!!!).
Hats off to the fella as that phone continuously ringing while dealing with actual people would send me nuts tbh. Probably why I jumped for joy when I managed to transfer out of an early BT call centre years ago.

But do tell me if anyone thinks I've misinterpreted that.

It's ringing and then disengaging. Which at least saves the caller some minutes or money.

The web site is useless. It doesn't say if they're seats or standing.
It looks like all-seating from the AFCW site. If you want to go with friends you have to buy them at the same time.

Usually l am used to putting posts on this site on behalf of the Supporters'Club promoting Coach travel etc and do not comment but on this post regarding priority but must agree quite strongly with the posts from Andy K, Del, and especially Mark F. who raise valid points. I myself have been involved in various positions in this club for over 55 year's know times have changed but their is a lot of Supporter's and volunteers who do do a lot of work and help out by various means. Could go on more regarding this subject but not at present time. Hope the club will also think about priority for all the Supporter's and members who are not season ticket holders but travel on the Supporters'Club coach and by by other means and spend a lot of time and money. I will of course go to get my match ticket today. Thank you.

I can only apologise for not getting to many phone calls, but it was extremely busy throughout the 4 hours. (I think I only managed to deal with 4 callers?). I am there again tonight before the Quiz, 1800-1900. Also after the game on Saturday, and Sunday 1000-1200. Hopefully everyone can find hours to suit. Don't forget the club shop is also open to sell tickets.
