A cold crumb of comfort in what will be a busy schedule is that luckily the only away game we have aside from this in the 4 weeks between Accrington and Doncaster is virtually a home game (Crawley). Otherwise it's 5 home games.
The draw is what it is, but personally it could have been worse. Salford away would have been worse. A longer trip against a smaller crowd who we'd end up going to again later in the season.
There have been times in the past where we've been disappointed with cup draws before. Aylesbury and FGR for example. Look what happened then?

Nothing like a good old night out in the potteries!  Hopefully we don't get molested on the way in like last time.

We’ll get either Salford or Mansfield. Or if we’re lucky the winner of Harrogate v Blackburn. If you have low expectations you’ll never be disappointed Err, I'm still disappointed

At this stage of the cup I'd much prefer to draw a team that we at least have realistic odds of beating. And that's what we have.
