To help the pitch cope/recover during the wet weather the game next Sunday at home to Dulwich Hamlet has been switched to Colston Avenue) 17th Dec v Crawley will be played at South Park

Seems very sensible it allows Crystal Palace women more flexibility with the ko time for their fs cup match and gives the pitch a good rest before CP's u21 men play on it the following evening.

I can see why this is happening and said on here I could see it coming as soon as I saw the announcement about Palace women.
It’s a shame for the profile of the team though and the reason I decided against a season ticket.

Disappointing defeat yesterday, but with a number of on loan players being introduced may need some time to settle in, .we have slipped down to 9th. In context 4th from bottom, with bottom two teams rather cut adrift. I though see that the team in forth place and several other teams above have 3 or more games to play.so a lot to do to climb the table.

With Crystal Palace drawn at home on the VBS Community Stadium pitch this Sunday in the FA Cup, we needed to find an alternative venue for our scheduled home game in the London & South-East Regional Women's League. We managed to secure a booking at South Park FC but the only available slot was at 4:00 pm and, unfortunately, Aylesford were not able to accommodate the proposed change in kick-off time. Therefore we will not have a 1st team fixture this weekend.

Will has resigned I understand following (but not necessarily connected to) star player Darcy leaving during the week. He’s referred to “strategic and operational challenges”.

I had heard 5 players resigned in one week Sorry Will has fallen on his sword but sounds like he had seriously lost the dressing room, how much the players disfaction is down as well to being sidelined to play at odd venues only they know.

Playing devil's advocate, is there much interest in woman's football amongst the majority of Sutton fans?

He was pretty scathing of their efforts in his post match interview following the Dulwich game. Lack of continuity by not having a fixture this weekend (due to not being able to play home fixtures at the VBS) must have been frustrating).

Playing devil's advocate, is there much interest in woman's football amongst the majority of Sutton fans? I follow the ladies team. It must be very disappointing for them having to give way and be deprived of home pitch preference to the Crystal Palace lot.
