Does anyone know the latest on coaches that might or might not be organised by the club for the forthcoming season?

The Supporters Club is the only provider of coach travel to away games, this is subsidised only by the funds raised by the Supporters Club. No money is given to the S.C. from the Football Club at any point during the season towards the away travel costs.

The Supporters Club will continue to provide coach travel for their members (legal requirements for football coaches) as always. Enquiries for all away fixtures can be made via suttonunitedcoachtravel@hotmail.com

Does anybody know match details for the Tamworth game? I'm not surprised our web Site has no details but the Tamworth site has none either. Given it's Tamworth's first game in the National and against an ex league team, could it be televised? Lunch time kick off or 17:30? Going to need to know soon for advanced train fares.

The new TV deal was only announced today. Initial indications from the NL are that due to the short notice any TV game on the opening weekend will also be a Saturday 3pm kick-off. That isn't officially confirmed yet, and presumably the TV company will want a say in that also. Until I hear for sure we are having to work on that basis. We have already made comments to the NL regarding both the team and supporters' travel arrangements.

A bit early I know but the sea gulls wake early down here and they have a verbal frenzy. Too muggy to shut windows. Fortunately, Labour policy has yet to force me back into work but I am counting the days so an afternoon nap is likely.😉
The reason for this post? Just over a week until Tamworth and no announcement about coach travel, at least not on here, which was the regular notice board for such things.
I am aware that there is one, bookings have been made and departure time agreed. I was told there was something on Facebook but on a rare excursion to that weird world, I couldn't find anything.
So, can someone please give details on here or do you have to be a member of MI6 to be allowed to know how to book?
Thank you.

Fortunately I contacted John who gave me the cost and transfer details., so I’ve booked a place but have. No idea what time it’s leaving! Very strange to have so little info coming out about this. Previously had all the info on herewell in advance.

Thanks John, although shouldn't this info come from one of the current committee rather than a loyal former one?
