What players do we need to make ourselves a top 5 team in the conference south? Notwithstanding the fact that we have good reserve players coming through i would like to see a specialist right back, another commanding centre back and a striker who can get us say 20 goals a season.

Yeah, i would like to see another CB aswell. Will Ross come back on loan to us if he doesn't get first team football at Millwall?

I know of a right/centre back in the reserves who hopefully will get some 1st team opportunities for the 1st team, in the pre season friendlys,had a g good season in the ressies having won youth team player last year,might lack expeareance but at 19 has got the size and ability to push on into the first team,AJ AND Richard have done okay,so why not another anyway lets see what happens pre season.

I think on his performances for the ressies this year and at 19 he deserves to be looked at,was on the bench a few times last year when Ian brought him in as cover but did not get on,was told he would get another opportunity but with the club fighting a relegation battle it was difficult and he did not get another opportunity,performed very well in the cup final against Hayes,and had a pretty good season and is still learning,he wants to stay at the club,so hopefully pre season will be an opportunity for him,you have seen him play quite a few times B.H so what do you think,I obviously have a biased oppinion,but Phil and Jamie both reccomended him to Ian over the course of the season,so he must have been doing something right.

If Matt's gone good luck to him. May be it's time he tried again at Conference / Premier level. He's been a great servant to the club and perhaps needs a new challenge. I have watched his progress from the youth team, and will certainly miss him. I'll also miss him mum and Lorry supporting him.
