I hope Woking are paying a few quid. Great servant for the club and should do well amongst better players, was excellent for us when playing with Nicky Bailey & Nursey.

Mind you, rumours have also linked us to half the Farnborough squad and some long-streak-of-piss striker from Yeading/Ayes, so I wouldn't be too upset if all of it turned out to be bollox.

Watson? No, our tea bar is fully staffed, thanks. Morgan has been mentioned, though only on Confguide, which makes it no more or less likely than that we'll sign the Dalai Lama. Cutting the wage bill is certainly an issue. McAllister's alleged wage:ability ratio was on the high side (a tenner a week, some said ), so if we went for someone cheaper it would be no shock. |

Matt's contract had finished at the end of last season, but we've just taken up the option on him for this year, so if Woking are interested, a fee of some sort would be involved.

I don't know how option yrs effect fees but we will get something for him and he did say say they if he left Sutton he would like the club to benefit. I am sorry to see him go but wish him every success. CHEERS MATTY GOOD LUCK  |

Woking wanted him at the same time Nick Bailey and the others left.They weren't however willing to pay a fee so if we have exercised our option then i believe a fee would be involved.
