If it helped, would a 5.30 departure encourage any more takers? Please post here or email honsec@suttonunited.net if this needs to be considered, thank you!

5.30 would suit me better as earliest I can leave work is 4, which gives me an hour and a half to get to Sutton. Might be a bit close if it was 5. If it is changing to 5.30, then I will be there, if not, Ill probally look at making my own way.

Hi Guys, I'm the commercial Manager from Staines Town, to give you a bit assistance with your journey. Pklease do NOT drive into Wheatsheaf Lane there is NO parking there and the neighbours are grumpy. I suggest you drive past Wheatsheaf, going towards Laleham, and 200 yds on the left is the Anglers Retreat. There is loads of parking around this area. Its 3 minute walk to the ground. the postcode of the pub is TW18 1HA for Sat Nav users. Your coaches will be parking in Staines and Laleham Cricket club in worple road, which is 50 yeards from the pub. But PLEASE avoid Wheatsheaf Lane! Hope its a cracking night !

Dear All,
I will send a text message to those that have left a number and email where I have addresses to advise that we have pushed back the departure time to 5.15/5.30 to assist.
With this in mind, please hurry and confirm your bookings for the final 25 spaces!
Thank you!

Does this mean we cannot use the Staines car park if we drive to Wheatsheaf Lane?

Nothing to do with us although their Sec has said that they are currently having problems with the health centre and are not always getting their allocation of spaces, with Tuesdays being an especially busy night for the HC they do envisage problems.
The coaches will be dropping off at Wheatsheaf lane only and parking at Staines & Laleham Cricket club, not at Staines Town FC. The Staines sec has recommended parking in the residential roads by the Anglers' Rest, not much good to you Filb, I know.

Any chance of a place on the way back? I won't make it for 5:30 as I can't leave Aldgate until 5, so will be getting the train on the way up but would prefer not to get it back again particularly if extra time is involved!
