I can only agree with Ian's comments TBH.
".......but I only want players who want to be at the club."
If we've made him an offer and he won't take it, Meh!
BTW, I heard that Richard Harris has also joined Bromley, but not seen owt about it anywhere. So not sure if that's correct or not.

Apparently we're now 11-1 with BluSquare to win the league. We were 33's previously. So, either a lot of people have had money on us, or they're reacting to the news of TQ's departure!

Taz boy.
Surely you can't be serious. No, but stop calling me shirley.
We lose a couple of quality players (and we said we needed to add to the original squad to make us better) and we are a shorter price than before ! eh ! Where the hucking fell is the logic behind that one ?

We're going to lose 11-1 to Bromley? Or have I misread the messages?

We're not 11/1. We're still 33s - bit of confusion as our old mate Hatboy from St Albans couldn't reply to the correct post on the conf south forum

If he wants to go let him - I would rather have players who want to play for Sutton, I think if we are going to go for a play off place we need to hunt around to see if there are any experienced players either ex conference or conference south who we could bring on board, I see that Ian Selley might be going to Welling as he his doing his coaching badges and part time football suits him fine, There has been some good players released and I'm sure mass and hazel are on the case (Hopefully) i hope we dont go down the lower leagues to get players from the likes of Walton etc who only last two months as they cant make the grade etc

The truth is players only want to play for Sutton if we pay enough. They have no love for the club!

The truth is i don't believe losing TQ is that important providing we keep our other midfield players.Certainly losing him doesn't allude to relegation as suggested above.

As someone said earlier - money talks & if Bromley are splashing the cash then as we know from old TQ would be more than sorely tempted.
Perhaps Matt moving on has had something to do with it. But it leaves us a bit short on the right of midfield at the moment.
There is little loyalty these days save for the likes of Scarbs, Ug & Lewis & Ryan Palmer, player turnover will continue to be high.

I can't wait for TQ to dye his hair black and white Or maybe we could just get a big bird to poo on his head...

The truth is players only want to play for Sutton if we pay enough. They have no love for the club! Whilst I agree there is less loyalty in football nowadays, I think that is a little harsh regarding one or two of the up and coming players who have stayed at SUFC despite better offers recently!
