I got "interviewed" by the camera crew, said it was the FA - asked me about the Coventry game, about Stefan Payne and the magic of the FA cup

Taken from the Uxbridge home page:
Uxbridge bowed out of the FA Cup this afternoon at Ryman League Premier Division side Sutton United, but were certainly not disgraced in their display
We played well for a large majority of the match and it wasn't until the last half-hour or so that we started to fade in the contest.
In the first 15 minutes we prevented our hosts from creating any clear openings on goal.
Their efforts going forward got stopped by a strong and determined Reds rearguard, who showed they were not going to be any pushovers.
Us skipper Jason Goodliffe headed a Danny Phillips corner just wide, but
then Uxbridge broke forward shortly after, and went ever so close in taking the lead.
Tommy Howe went on a surging run down the left-hand wing and his pass went to striker Ryan O'Toole, who got a good sight of goal before firing a terrific drive that came back off the Sutton crossbar.
A couple of minutes later to add to our frustration the Us took the lead through GOODLIFFE, as he headed in Anthony Joseph's set-piece in the 20th minute.
We looked to level matters from the restart and some good build-up's almost got their rewards, with a free-kick by Kevin Warner that Us keeper Kevin Scrivens did well to save and efforts from Daniel Rimmel and O'Toole all deserving better.
Before the half-time interval Joseph volleyed over for the hosts, as we left the field at the turnaround still very much in the tie.
The Ryman Leaguer's took more of a grip in the second 45 minutes, with some very direct and attacking play.
Reds central defender Mark Dennison stuck out a boot to deny Joseph's shot on goal, and then superb cover tackle from captain Gavin Brown denied Sam Gargan a chance.
Us pressure told on 56 minutes with a second goal by GARGAN, who had a simple finish following a cross by Stefan Payne.
It was an up hill task for us, after that and we were finding it difficult to breach the Us defence with our attacks.
Our opponents where in control of preceedings and weren't far from going further ahead, when left-back Alan Bray poked the ball just wide.
It was 3-0 to the Us in the 84th minute, as JOSEPH beat Michael Watkins at his near post to wrap up the match.
