I don't think there was much in the game but thought that Hornchurch just looked hungrier and snappier all over the pitch. They scored a great goal and although it was from about 30yards I don't think they gave us that much space all afternoon to allow us to align a shot like that? We were unfortunate not to come away with a point as we were on Tuesday and as we were taking all 3 against Waltham Abbey, its not bad luck its a pattern that has to be broken rather than excuses made? As for Hx themselves, I don't know how they physically survive? Companies house have them down to be struck off, they are 6 months overdue in making return to disclose who their share holders actually are? No one knows who is paying the wages and their last set of figures show them @150k in debt with no assets's. Strange very strange? Oh and no hot water?

I wonder if other teams get hot water? Surely the league has standards? Hornchurch should be punished financially or point-illy for such poor facilities! Is it a sign that the club is quickly declining, if not on the pitch, off it?

Saw Medibot, KBB & Duke in Victoria Underground station around half 6 Saturday on my way out to a party. Their less than happy smiling faces told me all I needed to know.
I did shout to 'em, but they all seemed lost in their thoughts and carried on their unMerry way.....

I went to Mansfield v Grays (Field Mill completing my set of Blue Square Prem grounds) and saw a pretty dire 0-0 draw. The biggest cheer came when the ball was hoofed onto the derelict stand, rolled down and dropped through the hole in the roof. A grand total of eight Grays fans made the trip.

Sorry Taz boy I was pretty hacked off by the whole day. The journey was tedious, the result a complete mare and the chavvie namby pamby wind up kids got right on our tits throughout the whole game. It would have taken more than a shout to knock me out of the moody I was in..... at least I hope your party went well.

No worries mate. Party was great, lots of free gin. Oh and further to Dos' comments on the official site, just spotted this on the K's forum. Looks like their game at AFCH for tomorrow has been postponed as the boilers are up the spout! forums.footballwebpages.co.uk/forum.jsp?id=2&article=75064
