One thing that is definitely worse at our level is the issuing or non issuing of cards by refs and their general inability to read the game. It must of been clear to a Martian what Hastings were doing and yet the ref completely managed to miss it? There was one foul in the centre circle when we were on the break and the ball was just about to be played wide, no card given? and its not the first time I have seen that it happens regularly at our level yet in the Prem its a straight yellow, do we play under different rules?

However , i am an old man with chronic osteo - arthritis and unless i can get a lift from door to door i'm not playing. If i was young and beautiful like you things might be different.

What are the chances of the game being on tonight? It's pissing it down in Dorking and has been all morning with no let up in sight.

Just thinking the same myself - Its got to be in doubt with the amount of rain and also the pitch, Can you imagine what the pitch will look like if we do play on it

This is a tricky one for me. If the game goes ahead, I will miss my first home league match of the season but if it goes ahead and we win, thats another three points stacked up before the little run of away fixtures.
If it doesn't, perhaps the pitch will look better in 42 days (or whenever it is that the league will schedule a replay for and I would hope to be able to make it.
Not quite sure whether or not I really want it to stop raining!
