.....thats good news, as my departure from Dorset was 10.00am......but I suppose it will be subject to any further rain between then and kick off. Everyone hopes it will be on, so much preparation has gone on for this day.

No surprise but still depressing news after all the graft that's gone in to making the day a success. I was sceptical but after two seriously disrupted seasons on the bounce 3G can't come soon enough. If anyone hears of a local game that has survived pass it on .

Totally gutted after all the effort that has gone in to today for months, the last thing I want to see today is another football match. Lets hope the event can be rearanged and be even better then what was planned today. |

Disappointing that so much preparation has gone to waste, and for St Raphs, but January was a risky month to pick for a community day. I guess the date was chosen to fit with Tim Vine's availability.

The Community Funny Day as it was termed grow around the Tim Vine and St Raphs event, we would never usually plan a community day in January but we had our fingers crossed which unfortunately didn't work. I had a look at the pitch at KO time today and although it was soft it looked good and if we had been playing a local side we may well have got away with it? I desperately hope that it can be rearranged and I have heard a preliminary date mentioned, maybe we can make it even better? As I was on my way in BBC Wales were on their way out, they had come down to do a piece on Rhys in addition to Soccer AM being there. Its just so frustrating, and must back calls for 3G pitches at our level? |
