Grateful thanks to the club for rewarding the fantastic support the team receives on its travels by offering free coach travel to the away match v Dorchester on Sat 22 Mar on a first come, first served basis. Put the date in your diary now and hold your places in the Supporters' Club shop at a forthcoming home game. Please only put your name on the list if you really intend to travel. The team really appreciates the tremendous travelling support we provide and as we enter a hectic schedule, it is going to be all- important. Thanks again to the club for its generous gesture in providing this free transport to Dorchester.
More proof that "We're in it together". Up the U's!

That is great news. Maybe supporters club members should be given priority?

I thought it was "policy" that you HAD to be a member of the Supporters Club before you were allowed to travel on the coach, so I can't think that this trip will be any different.

The Supporters' Club is kindly taking the bookings for this but, on this occasion, because the club is putting the transport on gratis for all supporters, it is not mandatory to be a member to avail yourself of this offer. It is a gesture by the club to all Sutton United fans to come along and get behind the team and receive free coach travel to get there for so to do.

Don't know whether at this stage the club are able to give any indication of likely departure time from, and time coach will get back to, Gander Green Lane?

Coach supplied by Football Club therefore open to ALL. At the moment we do not know the seating capacity or the departure time but the journey is not much more than 2hours so departure should be between 11.30 and noon

The AA show the journey time as 2 hours 39 minutes (127 miles), so probably more like 3 hours by coach.

I would say the journey time is closer to 2.5 hours. Allowing for travel problems on the M25 I would say the coach should leave no later than 11am.

If we get the same driver who did the Kidderminster game, I suggest setting of the night before !!

Who said that the Football Club were using Mitcham Coaches?

Fulham fans left by coach at 6.15am on Sunday for the game with Sheffield United! Unsurprisingly they got there 4 hours before kick off!

.....surely the time you leave will depend on how long you wish to spend on pre match refreshments!!!

It seems like an age since our last home match, but don't forget to sign up for free coach travel to Dorchester on Sat 22 March at the Supporters' Club shop at the next home game.
To give us an idea on numbers, it would help greatly if you would register your places by e mailing Nigel on n.guest@sky.com Thanks.
Up the U's!
