.Furthermore the people who have taken it upon themselves to stick stickers at the away matches have raised a complaint from Dorchester which could lead to serious consequences Seriously? I'm not one of the stickerers in question but it's ridiculous that they've complained about it, especially as the stewards saw people putting them up and said nothing. If they really cared that much they could just take them straight down after the game anyway. Nobody else has had a problem with it... Your comment is NOT welcome! There is when damage has been caused

The away support was great today lots of noise throughout the afternoon. This short video does not do justice.

I didn't see any stickers, but there wasn't a lot of entertainment on the pitch. I wouldn't say that Sutton played badly, it's just that we weren't quite good enough to break down a workmanlike home defence. Our main threat, once again, came from Damian Scannell, who switched from wing to wing and several times danced round a full back only to see his cross come to nothing. At least our defence rarely looked in any trouble, with new boy Will Spetch filling in for the suspended Charlie Clough.
So for the third consecutive season no player scores for his club in this fixture. Last season the match was settled in our favour by Clough's own goal and two seasons ago it was also 0-0. It was disappointing not to win today, but we remain third and undefeated in 2014, so there's plenty to be positive about.

On a positive note. Despite the fact the tea hut smelt and looked liked it was on fire possibly the best slipper this season. Well done. We missed skip and the gaffers leadership today big time to be honest. Bromley were always going to hit back after we sent them into meltdown but despite that it's tight as you like up there and all to play for as we get our heads down and drive on.

Just wanted to say thank you to Nigel and co for organising the coach. Driver was excellent too and the coach itself was very comfortable. Sorry to hear some people didn't behave as we would have expected. Did they think the coach fairies would be along to tidy up after us, I wonder?

Sadly couldn't make it as I'm sunning my self in Portugal, strangely enough in Weston-Super-Mare Chairman's villa. Disappointed with a point but frankly not surprised as that's the sort of result we get down there. Now we have got that out of the way roll on Tuesday

What stickers are we talking about that can cause damage? You can speak to the Chairman if you require further info. But I would suggest that you leave well alone!

Going back to the football, the last time a U's player scored at Dorchester was the fourth in the nine goal thriller in November 2006. Magpies last minute winner that day was the last time they scored in the fixture too. Only Cloughie's misfortune last season preventing four goal less draws in succession. And from a fixture that gleaned 18 goals in the the first three played.

What stickers are we talking about that can cause damage? You can speak to the Chairman if you require further info. But I would suggest that you leave well alone! Can we not go making a mountain out of a molehill please? I was told after the game by the Dorch fans we know that their stewards were having a moan about the stickers and a short while after, Bruce pulled me to one side in the bar for a chat. It was all very amicable and adult, although I'm not going to go into details as I wouldn't want to unintentionally mis-represent anything that was said. During this chat, the DTFC Trust Chairman interjected and added his 2p worth, which was basically that he saw it as a bit of fun and their own fans have done the same when on the road and the bogs in the clubhouse actually have some of their own versions stuck up. Then a bit later when he was leaving, Bruce again pulled me for another word on the matter which was basically that he and his opposite number had spoken about it, he'd said something to the effect "knowing our fans, they're just as bad at it!" and that was the end of it. Can I also point out that in the spell between the 2 convo's I had with Bruce, we had numerous locals including a couple of club officials coming up and saying that the 'complaint' was a little OTT and that they hoped no one was getting into any trouble over it! Finally, as for 'damage caused' I understand crux of the complaint was that when being pulled off, the stickers were taking paint off the barriers in the ground. Well, if you'd seen the state of the paint on the barriers at the covered end, then it's no wonder. The paint was already departing of it's own accord in a lot of places. The stickers are, essentially, a bit of fun. They're done at our own cost and have been distributed across Europe to collectors in the likes of Dortmund, Seville, Kiev and Malaga, amonst others and have wound up on display in places such as Macedonia. Yes, they get put up around the places we visit, but they tend to get put in places where they're not damaging personal property. Such as cisterns in toilets, lamp posts & terrace barriers etc. If you want to know more or have anything to say on the matter, come and see me at the next home game. I'm only too happy to have a chinwag about it. BTW, can I also just say that the reply to Johnnie's post above is the sort of reason I don't even bother reading here any more let alone post. It's an open forum, he was not being rude he was just putting his point of view over. As for the football, disappointing. We looked very leggy and didn't seem to have the same bite about us as we've had since the turn of the year. Shame as a win would have properly put the cat amongst the pigeons in the title race. Oh well, play offs it is.

I have removed stickers from our terraces, I think including some from Dorchester! Rather that than the various hooligans who try to smash the back off our covered terrace, or spray paint.
A good day out despite the result, thanks to the club for the free trip, and also that s to the supporters club for the organisation..

I have absolutely no idea who you are but this matter is already getting out of hand with the kind of information with which you have now provided As secretary of the supporters club my duties on the day were to determin that all went well. This was spoilt two fold the second of which I am only prepared to discuss with the Chaiman

Is this our 'STICKERGATE' I haven't seen these stickers am I missing out? Is Johnnie a real life hooligan now? Is it safe to travel on Tuesday? Will we be segregated at future away games? Will Taz be quizzed on what he knows and is obviously hiding from the authorities?
Where will it end???
