I know Dos liked Osbourne, so that wouldn't surprise me, and I expect one big(ish) signing, maybe to fill the Steve Mckimm gap? We are lucky in that with King and Philpot we are developing a bit of cover at the back too.

Wouldn't be surprised if our left back came from a club promoted to the Conference in the not too distant past. But it is only a hunch because he was highly rated where he was. No names of course . . .
Yes replacement for McKimm will be interesting. No doubt squad and management will be done and dusted in the next couple of weeks if our recent off seasons are anything to go by.

The current squad signed up for next season is:
Alan and Tom goalkeepers,
Charlie Clough, Will Spetch, Dale Binns,
Damian Scannell, Craig Dundas, Michael Spillane, Lee Sawyer,Dammy Shitta
Marvin Williams, Jamie Taylor, Jamie Slabber
At the moment it looks rather thin at the back.

Gary Borrowdale has been released by Gillingham he is left-back.
he was playing for Tonbridge last season.

As you say Stewart - light at the back so I'm hoping Louis John signs on with us for next season.

Dos said ’I’m talking to one of the players we’ve had on loan during the season" - so that could be Louis John (now a free agent), Alex Wynter (still at Palace), Rhys Weston (free agent), Harry Osbourne (still at Charlton I think). Doubt very much it will be David Gregory, bearing in mind we're sorted in the goalkeeping department. Any other loanees I've missed? Harry Osboure just signed a new contract at Charlton. and Alex Wynter spent the last 2 months on loan at Colchester and they are desperate to have him back. in our news Dartford have released Kenny Clark and Tyrone Sterling who both played 30 games for them last season. Guy Butters has left Eastleigh as assistant manager, Sutton are looking for a new one? |

IN: A. Julian (Dartford), L. John (Crawley - Aug 1)
OUT: J. Brown, D. Sinclair & G. McCallum (all released), B. King (Tonbridge), J. Slabber & D. Scannell (both Bromley), K. Haysman (Gillingham).
Rest of Squad: Lovelock, Spetch, Clough, Philpot, Downer, Spillane, Dundas, Shitta, Sawyer, Binns, Williams and Taylor.

Julian / Lovelock,
Spetch, Clough, John?, Lockwood, Ruddick, Hart
Hoban, Spillane, Sawyer, Binns
Reindorf, Taylor, Dundas, Williams
Cover
Philpot, Shitta, King (maybe a couple of these will go out on loan?
The right back will release Binnsie and Marv down the otherside, looks strong to me but maybe another midfielder would be nice?

King's followed McKimm to Tonbridge Os. Not sure what's happening with Philpot.
Think Dos mentioned Shitta might well be going on loan next season.
