If you are one of the people whom Dos is talking about then I challenge you to be an adult and apologise as quick as you made idiotic assumptions and quick to criticise. And I'm not just talking about here on the forum but other social platforms.
Sadly I think most will be too arrogant to think he's talking about them or too embarrassed to do it.
Get it done and then we're one step closer to being in it together.
If you're reading this Dos i think you know I'm totally with you and many many others are.

What a frank and honest interview from a great man at this club! I for one am looking forward to these new investments he was discussing with the board this morning! I knew he'd put some money into the club but £1m and to get the sh*t he got off some of the fans on this board is not on.

How do we get to see this, as it comes up as "This video is private", so have no idea of Dos's comments.

We have a technical glitch we need to remix and upload the video, it should all be back up and running by the morning.

I hope you don't edit out the remarks that some are talking about. Some of us have been out celebrating our win and haven't had the opportunity to view the whole video.

Still no access for me as yet, but here are a few thoughts.
We need to be clear what it is we'd like to see cut out. I don't think it would be healthy if everybody on the forum was a fully paid-up member of the Dos-can-do-no-wrong Club. Debate is important and questioning existing methods can help bring about positive change. If it's respect we're talking about, then of course Dos and the management team deserve and should receive full respect, but let me bring up a couple of points on that matter. There have been a few instances over the years when derogatory comments have been made about opposing clubs, their grounds, etc, and somebody from that club has read it, taken offence and responded in resentment on here (in one case it was a very senior official who expressed his disappointment and some of you back-tracked so fast you almost fell over!). We've already gone over in some depth elsewhere the lack of respect shown to officials by swearing and hollering abuse at them from the terraces (I don't believe Dos has actually commented on that). And what about all the pot-shots that some of you have directed at Billy over the years? Is that acceptable? Shouldn't the respect that Dos and his team deserve be extended to respecting everybody?

Billy's fair game & he loves the attention ! With regard to abusing the ref & linesman it might have something to do with whether you are winning or losing. The rather plump referee's assistant was getting a fair bit from the Ebbsfleet supporters yesterday & they weren't very happy with the ref either !

Interesting comments. Very interesting. A shame that he has got upset on some of the comments, I guess everyone has a breaking point and combined with the hard time on the field it has cut deep. In the cold light of day I hope he realises 98% of the fanbase is right behind him. Look forward to hearing about the plans. It worries me a little that he has personally put in so much money. On the playing side it seems a big hole to fill when Dos finally does decide to call it a day.

I echo what's already been said, those responsible need to stand up and apologise. This is probably the most honest interview a manager is ever likely to give in football which just highlights yet another of the many positives we have at this club in Dos, giving him reason to question what he is doing for this club is disgraceful considering everything he has done for us and everything he plans to do.

I think what makes the situation on Amber Planet different, perhaps even unique, is that the manager takes the time to read many of the posts on here. I'm not sure that happens much elsewhere. Dos is clearly a very sensitive soul - probably too sensitive to be reading a fans forum! What I'd like Dos to bear in mind is that the (hopefully) few posts that have the potential to upset him are dwarfed by the hundreds that are positive about what he's been doing for us. The thing is we're all passionate about the club and we all want the same thing. Regrettably, some of that passion has been expressed in a rather unfortunate manner. It reminds me of an old saying: Tact is getting your point across without stabbing somebody with it.
