Seems Lewis Gonsalves scored the Bobbins second at Hornchurch yesterday to put 'em 2 up before Zak Graham got his second yellow for time wasting & was sent off.
Bobbins then collapsed in the last 5 mins and chucked that 2 goal lead to lose 3-2.
Ooops! ;D

Glad to see you can still smile at others during your own period of misfortune.
Although I suppose given the laughs we've had at your expense this season, one weekend of it coming back to us isn't too much to bear!
Hope you stay up. Good luck.

That's certainly cheered me up a bit! Anything else we can do to cheer you up? After all your form has been the one bright light in our season so far...actually I haven't had my annual visit to GGL yet. Which game do you think you will finally be relegated at? I'll even buy you a pint to celebrate Millsy.

I'm off the booze at the moment - can I have the money instead?

It makes a change for the decades of laughter we've been having at you lot I suppose....you never know, we might just have the last laugh this season as well

Ah, but you support a big club. You'll always have the last laugh.

haha, other than the ground what is big about Sutton United?
Have to say though, that's two top draw comedy performances i've seen from your lot this season, Harlow at your gaff and now this via video and amusing match reports.

The ground? I think you're confusing "big" with "unsuitable".
Sutton once beat Coventry, you know. That's big.

Here are some choice extracts from the NLP report:
Carshalton started the brightest, leading to an early chance for Zak Graham who, with oodles of time and space, swept the ball wide of goal.
Why doesn't that little nugget surprise me? At least an ex-Sutton defender knows how to find the net:
...Lewis Gonsalves powered home a header into the roof of the net from a corner to make it 2-0.
But Zak wasn't finished yet:
...with just under ten minutes to go and with a seemingly unassailable lead, Graham was sent off after receiving a second yellow card for time-wasting, providing arguably the turning point of the game.
Hornchurch then scored in the 85th, 88th and 90th minutes.

The ground? I think you're confusing "big" with "unsuitable". I wish we had a suitable sized ground, like carshalton have. Sutton once beat Coventry, you know. That's big. Did we? I never hear it mentioned. Even in what must be our worst ever season, I still have ample opportunity to laugh at carshalton. Thanks lads, for making Saturdays just that little bit easier.

This is a lovely example of why people love clubs like Sutton and Newport.
Try and be dignified. See you next season!
