Just looked on Website of Evesham Utd Fc.. re info for Saturday's game. The match not mentioned so far, their average home attendance just over a 100...could well be that Suttons support could well out number them.

I went thru there a few years ago and their ground was being used by a youth team. I think moreton town must've folded s good 8-10 years ago now.

Don't forget there are a few places left on the supporters' coach, leaving our ground at 11.15. Contact Alison to book.

West: We start as cup tie underdogs
PAUL West hopes his “underdogs” can pull off a shock when Evesham United host Sutton United in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy on Saturday (ko 3pm).
The Robins face a Sutton side with a strong cup pedigree. In 1989, they defeat top-flight Coventry City 2-1 in the third round of the FA Cup. They are also riding high as they sit joint top in the Ryman Premier Division.
Although West concedes his side face a “tough task” to progress, he says if Evesham approach the game positively, they may well pull off an upset of their own.
After the Sutton tie, unless there is a replay, Evesham’s next league clash will be at Leamington on Saturday, November 6 (3pm).
United have endured two successive disappointing results in league and cup this week. First, they crashed to a 1-0 defeat to Bashley in the Zamaretto League Premier Division.
This was followed up by a home penalty-shoot out defeat in the first round of the Red Insure Cup at the hands of Leamington.
The tie ended goallesss after extra-time, but the Robins were knocked out after losing the resulting spot-kicks 3-1. United goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan stepped up to take a penalty but was one of three home players to miss from 12 yards.
The Evesham boss says his side have no fresh injury worries but he faces a selection headache ahead of the Sutton clash.
Danny Scheppel made his return to the side in mid-week after rejoining the club and defender Jamie Hyde is also back in contention after being sidelined with a knee injury.
West said: “We are slight underdogs on Saturday.
“They have bigger resources than us and are joint top of their league and have a fantastic cup tradition going back to when they beat Coventry City in the FA Cup in 1989.
“It is also a little bit of a break from the league for us, it’s a one-off game.
“It's a tough, tough task for us. We need to hit them head on, they are one of the big hitters in their league. We’ve got to go into the tie in the right frame of mind and be positive. It’s the cup and it’s up to us to overturn the odds.
“I can’t knock the last two performances, we kept a clean sheet against Leamington which was pleasing.”
Evesham host Stourbridge in the last eight of the Worcestershire Senior Cup on Tuesday, November 9 (ko 7.45pm).

Spoke to a guy I know from work who supports Bashley and saw them play Evesham last Saturday. I asked him how good they were and any threats etc. All he said was their number 4 was gobby, they had a fast little coloured bloke and their number 7 wasn't too bad. Defenders were average height too. Great report......not! I can see why he supports Bashley now ;D
