To clarify, it's any game played between 1st jan 2000 and today. So if we win twentytwelve nil tomorrow, it won't count. Actually, none of the games in 2000 were in the 21st century. Actually they were, sorry.

Best :
Surron Utd 0 Wimbledon 1 SSC Semi Final 2004-05
Why would you use Nigel Brake to mark Frankie Howard!

Best : Surron Utd 0 Wimbledon 1 SSC Semi Final 2004-05 I think that result is a figment of your imagination, Ratty. In 2004/05 Wimbledon FC had scandalously morphed into Milton Keynes Dons. Perhaps you had AFC Wimbledon in mind.

Christ, if that's your best in a decade Ratty, we must be a real scalp when considering all your other achievments since formation.

My best and worst from Memory..
V Hampton, FA Cup V Notts County FA cup, not for the game, but just the atmosphere V Wealdstone last season, 5-0 V Hornchurch, last day of our first Ryman season
And Worst... 6-0 at home to Grays in the Trophy 6-0 away to Ks in that same competition! 6-0 away at Dover when they won the title (there's a theme here) V St Albans and scooby's last min winner

No idea when but remember being at Canvey (when they were running away with the league) and us doing them. As said, no idea when the years just fly by but think it's in the last 10!!

Also from that season - the 1-0 win away to Kettering (the 9pm kick-off when Nursey scored) that sparked off an incredible run of form that season

Right My Best games are:
Eastbourne away FA Cup 4-3 AFCHx 2-1 secured our PO place St Albans 2-1 Scooby's last min winner Hayes 3-3 going from such a low at HT to getting that last gasp equaliser Canvey 3-1 It was good to stuff them when they thought they were so good Wealdstone 4-3 you just could not see it coming.
My Worst:
Grays 7-1 at home and 6-0 away defeat Bath City FA Cup 0-3 @2002 crap weather crap performance. K's 4-2 defeat in Playoff's Lewes AWAY 0-4 Just a horrible game Dover 6-0 we provided the entertainment at someone else's party Hayes 3-3 not the result but the ht break was cold miserable, the Hayes fans were taking the Mickey, horrible feeling!
Worst Month March 2008 played 7 lost 7 against 19 for 3. The month all hope was extinguished.

My memory tells me we got thumped 3 or 4 nill at home by Maidenhead and then went unbeaten for the rest of the season. Starting with Canvey (Bailey's first game back after his bust up with Matty Hanlon) away then Hornchurch at home and ending with Basingstoke away. What a great team and few weeks that was.

Depends what you call an incredible run of form though. The Kettering game was in early November if I remember rightly. Our next defeat, other than the league cup loss to Dunstable in January, was that Maidenhead game in March (and even then it was because Phil Wilson played a blinder in goal for the visitors that day). Canvey was just the Maidenhead game. There was definitely a thumping of either Northwood or Heybridge towards the season as well where Nursey prophetically came onto this very message board before the game promising to get a hat-trick - he kept his promise too ;D

Wasn't that Maidenhead defeat our only one in the last 25-30 games or something?
As for Nursey's predicted hat-trick, it came in a 5-1 demolition of Heybridge. Which was topped off by a comedy OG from Colin 'Worst footballer ever' Wall.

Wasn't that Maidenhead defeat our only one in the last 25-30 games or something? No, we lost to Bedford 1-2 on 28th Feb just a week before losing 3-0 at Home to Maidenhead. Sandwiched between was our 1-1 draw at home to Ricay which I think was the game that saw the famous Bailey - Hanlan incident and was why he did not play in the Maidenhead game? From 1st Jan 04 to end of the season we lost 3 league matches: 1/1/04 Grays A 3-2 28/2/02 Bedord A 2-1 6/3/04 Maidenhead H 0-3 Good resource here: www.nonleaguefooty.co.uk/archive/isthmian04-fixtures.html ;D
