Eventually another week rolls round - it did seem like forever! This weeks fixtures look like below
Aveley v Tooting & Mitcham.. Billericay Town v Carshalton Athleti.. Bury Town v Margate Concord Rangers v AFC Hornchurch Croydon Athletic v Harrow Borough Folkestone Invicta v Canvey Island Hastings United v Kingstonian Hendon v Tonbridge Angels Horsham v Lowestoft Town Sutton United v Maidstone United Wealdstone v Cray Wanderers
With no freak weather forecast for Saturday we can expect a full programme to take place. No real top against top clashes, but interestingly Tonbridge and Lowestoft travel to places we've lost at this year. Hendon and Horsham respectively. Bury have what on paper seems like a straightforward home match against an inconsistent Margate, and our friends down the road, visit the final play off spot occupier, Billericay.
For us, we now play the team who along with Folkstone have won the least number of games this season. As we've known all season, teams do raise their game against us, so its not a game we are certain to win - but going on the theory that we need 7 more wins for the title, 6 games at home which could all be winnable - would leave us needing to win one game away. SO we need to dispatch this game in an efficient way!

As posted on Tuesday evening 7 wins from 11 leaves those chasing to do this: bury need 10 wins from 12 tonbridge 11 wins from 13 ricay 12 wins from 12 lowestoft 12 wins from 14 I actually think that 6 wins could do it

Heavy rain was forecast but I am surprised so many games have gone.

I'd say neither. But I've proved time and time again that i'm really sh*t at predicting

Picked up via www.twitter.com/goalrun - penalty misses in all three Ryman Prem games yesterday! "That was one of only three Premier Division games to take place as heavy rain again ravaged the programme – and in all three of them the eventual winners missed a penalty at a potentially crucial stage.
Lowestoft’s culprit at Horsham was Matt Nolan, whose weak kick was saved by Mark Zawadski shortly after Michael Frew had given the Trawlerboys a tenth-minute lead."
