Claire L's reaction to the dizzy heights of Hornchurch's West Terrace reminded me of this: www.liveleak.com/e/07b_1284580365Just let the short cartoon play, then hold on to your seats!

Christ, I was petrified just watching it. I don't do heights (except for the odd Lake District mountain) and watching that gave me a great sense of forbodeing.

Agreed, I was shaking just watching that. I can look over the side of the Grand Canyon and even jump out onto the ledges without a problem but I can't look over the side of buildings much higher than about 5-6 floors without wanting to throw myself off..... which isn't great when you work for a property company and often visit construction sites.

I don't normally mind heights but you did feel like you were about to fall of the side of the earth up there you know!! Maybe the screaming was a bit much, but when people tried to remove my feet from the ground I was a little concerned!!!

Going up is fine, you don't have to look down, going back down on the other hand...

Surely with that job you'd take up base jumping as a hobby!
