Two new signings according to some non-league site I stumbled across on Twitter also on the official site in Jessy Reindorf (a striker) and Claudio Hoban (left sided player)
Reindorf is a Rwandan international who played for Bury and Tamworth last season. Hoban also finished the season with Tamworth.
Welcome to the club both.

Great stuff. Can't wait to see these fellas in action. Great business as usual by the gaffer. Shipping out two players with long term fitness issues to the chokers and bringing in some young talent with proven class and the scope to only get better.

Wonder who the defender is that Dos is set to sign..
Also hoping Downer signs on again for next season as that was still unresolved I think.

Binns, Hoban and Sawyer all left midfield players. Wonder if Binnsie will play left back again or whether our new defensive signing will be a left back? I understand Hoban, although left footed, can play on either wing.

Looks like the squad is going to have some real, how do you say "Va-Va Voom" about it come pre-season. The two chaps the gaffer has bought in look decent signings. I'm excited already, and there's still weeks and weeks to go !

Thank you for your kind words bornatotter, we love you too. We're all laughing at these 2 players you've signed, rejects. All I can say is you're the ones that will be choking at the end of next season, good luck.

Sorry guys, but with the cash being thrown about at Hayes Lane this season, lighting could well strike twice and with bigger effect. The fact that to all outsiders we "choked" in the play offs so I really wouldn't get too cocky yet!

Fully agree with Andy.
Many of us recall a section of Bromley fans taunting us when they led 2-1 at their place - as Andy rightly says, never a good idea to get too cocky too soon.
Bromley have recruited some terrific players for next season and will undoubtedly be a serious contender. With the players they have recruited, I think that Damian and Jamie may have a battle on their hands to make the first choice starting eleven.
On the 'choking' assertion, I understand that Bromley's collapse in the second half of the season was largely down to them picking up a number of injuries to key defenders. I think that is something that Sutton fans can relate to - and I would call that 'unlucky' - not 'choking'.
So far as who has got the best deal out of the transfer merry-go-round, only time will tell. As Dos has said, he has signed players with raw potential that aren't yet the finished article. He and the coaches obviously believe that they will be able to effectively harness this raw potential.
Jamie and Damian are the finished article - as they have proved over a number of years at this level. However, there may be some question marks about their fitness - and if you regard 27 as the peak age for most footballers (not goalkeepers) then perhaps they are slightly past their absolute peak - whereas the best days for Claudiu and Jessy might still be to come.
While Dos has undoubtedly weighed up all the relevant considerations (including what is best for the players themselves) when deciding who to bring in and who to let go, I'm sure that Mark Goldberg has done the same. For example, it looks like Bromley are likely to have a somewhat bigger squad than Sutton and, consequently, if Damian would struggle to play 3 games in 8 days, this might be less of an issue at Bromley than it might be at Sutton.
Let's hope that both managers have made good decisions for their respective clubs given their different circumstances (and for the players concerned) - although I obviously hope that Sutton come out on top when the two sides meet and over the season as a whole.

Who's funding Bromley? These players don't come cheap. What's happened with Bromley in the past is that if they don't start well & have an early cup exit they tend to release a lot of players to reduce the wage bill.I fully expect that they will be our xmas & new year fixture with Dartford playing Ebbsfleet.
Should be good crowds if expectations are met.
