Looking forward to this. Hope we get a decent crowd in to give the lads some support. They rarely get a chance to play on the surface at GGL and it should suit them very nicely.

Please, please get along to Gander Green Lane tomorrow night instead of sitting in front of the fire watching The One Show, Eastenders, Panaroma & New Tricks - you will get lots of fresh air and you will be able to have your rare opportunity of watching the potential future Sutton players playing on the main Gander Green Lane pitch by supporting the Youth team - the more support that come to the match, the better atmosphere that will be generated which James & Will's youth army deserve. Additionally it is half term, so there is no excuse not to bring Johnnie and his sisters along as they are next our generation of U's supporters (three hours away from the X-Bow won't hurt them!)
Reminder - Admission prices tomorrow night: Adult £3; Concessions £1 - what a bargain
Previous FA Youth Cup 3rd Qualifying Round matches @ GGL's in past ten years: 22.10.2009 Sutton United 2-1 Margate (Att 85) 26.10.2005 Sutton United 5-1 Mile Oak (Att 152)
Lets keep this impressive run of results going and let's have a good turnout tomorrow night to support the young U's and push them through to the first round proper at home to Maidenhead United or Lewes - UNITE WE STAND.

Tough looking fixture tonight. Eastbourne have rattled in 29 goals without reply in their three league games ! Two 14-0 wins included.
Looking forward to it though.

Good game. Sutton looked good on the ball but Eastbourne were just a bit stronger and that was the difference between the sides.

On behalf of James, the coaching staff and the players, thanks to everyone who came along last night.
Sadly it wasn't to be with Eastbourne's more clinical finishing and streetwise attitude winning through, but on the plus side most of our team can at least look forward to another go at it next year
