Hi, Currently, Salisbury FC are in quite a bad position with regards to their stadium. It has been our home since it was built for us, and only us, by the former chairman Raymond McEnhill. He wanted the club to keep it has their home, as he wanted to secure the future of the club. Now with everything that has happened, a new lease needs to be signed to get the new club into its rightful home, but with Mr McEnhill passing away, the McEnhill trust now owns the stadium, and after promising the new board that a new lease would be secured and agreed, they are now refusing to even talk to the new board, and it seems as though we are at risk of losing our stadium to housing developments, and that the trust are going to disrespect Mr McEnhill's wishes. Please, take a minute to sign this petition to help the new club get back into their rightful home, and to secure football in this city, and for the supporters. Thank you. www.change.org/p/wiltshire-council-and-the-trustees-of-the-raymond-mcenhill-trust-save-our-stadium

Good luck and I hope you get a decent league to play in.
If I can be honest, I hope you don't start too high up as although none of it was the fault of the fans, its about time that clubs are sanctioned fully when the owner (or in your case owners) act so irresponsibly. They nearly killed your club and that will only stop if the possible punishment outweighs the glory they think they might get by splashing imaginary cash.
With a reasonable catchment area and hopefully some more sensible owners, you will no doubt start catching everybody up soon.

The level most Salisbury fans are talking about is the Wessex Premier, we do want to start as high as possible, but we do all have our maximum level in mind. But a lot of people are talking about Wessex Premier as a starting point, with a good number of teams - 21 currently. It would provide a good level of competition, but not be so high up that we may start to get in over our heads. Having said that, Southern division 1 has been mentioned, but I agree we should keep to a safe level for now.
