Interesting interview as usual." we need our strikers scoring ". Couldn't agree more.
We just need to be more clinical in front of goal.

Decisions should be made to concentrate on winning matches to get a higher level of football, the best way to influence a crowd number. Asking players at any level to have a 50 hour turn around is not a helpful thing to choose in my opinion. It will affect results and probably cause injurys from fatigue

People don't tend to moan about bank holiday games. I know we only get 2 or 3 of these a season (depending on what day New Year's Day falls on) but they only allow a 48 hour turnaround, sometimes 46 as we've had 1pm starts in the past, rather than the 52 3/4 hours between a regular Saturday and a Monday night match.
If you're thinking we get more regular home midweek games than bank holidays, bear in mind we only started the season with one home midweek fixture (v Truro). We've since acquired a couple more due to cups, but it's going to end up roughly the same number.
I'm not saying this makes it easy on the players, only that it's never been an issue for people before. Just a thought really
